People can look at it as tunnel vision, but I tend to consider where and when the cash is to come from for prospects as they arise.

I have yet to see evidence to support that, though I know people will mention shares on loan, as opposed to shorted. And why would mms be treating Ggp in a particular fashion.

As an aside, with all their interests, I think it unlikely that Newcrest/Newmont choose to update in the sort of detail that one mine Ggp shareholders require. As junior partner, I can understand the difficulties that Mr. Day may be inclined to endure.

Well, if I have it right, Newcrest decided not to go into it, and the previous RNS was a copy of their quarterly update?

Mr. Day has chosen to update Ggp shareholders in greater detail.

I wouldn’t call it a ‘piffling’ RNS at all. It’s an engineering issue they’ve encountered, probably foreseen to some extent, and it seems Mr. Day is advising shareholders there’ll be no early FS.

Back to anticipating a MRE sometime in next few months, in the absence of anything else.
