There has been no news since the share consolidation to warrant a rise or fall only IIs buying & selling which change nothing within the company.

So if we take £1.9 or thereabouts as our base current price isn’t too bad.

I’ve always thought that the December update would be the earliest that we get some really positive results likely to move the SP. It’s vital that FCF is achieved by then (otherwise there will be a big loss of confidence) & hopefully some real positives in margin improvements, contract wins, £250 m reduction of costs achieved ( with hopefully more to come) & some guidance on timing for restart of dividends ( although I’m not holding my breath on that one).

The turnaround on this has been massive & the future potential is enormous. I don’t think we have begun to see the effects of AI in increasing margins, reducing headcount , expanding markets etc.

Unfortunately yet again it is jam tomorrow. Personally I’m not surprised as I’ve always thought that until we get TFC & dividends nothing much is going to happen & TFC should be at Y/E & I would hope for a dividend announcement in 2026 August results .

Whilst the continued wait is disappointing I believe the eventual results will be worthwhile & in 2/3 years this could be a 10 bagger from current levels.

If the wider market wakes up to the potential we could see some substantial & sustainable rises possibly following on from Y/E results or the December 2025 update

Looks like Capita have reverted to normal.

i.e. if they don’t get good news they go down.

It’s probably back to the waiting game for Dividends + FCF

Daltry I’m hoping for contract wins too - not £50m + which appear with an RNS but lots of smaller ones adding up to more than the total of a few big ones. We got a hint of this in the June statement. Anyway all will shortly be revealed!

I wouldn’t like to make any predictions, after all it’s risen from the £1.90 or so conversion price to over £3.50 ( & back down to £3.09) on virtually no new news, so who knows what it might do short term.

I think the December summary ( if good) will be pivotal & the half year June 2026 summary should be showing clear FCF, profits & hopefully much improved margins, growing T/O etc which ought to get the SP really moving

@GMAN tend to agree that £2m or thereabouts isn’t going to break the bank & a resumption of dividends, however small, will give the SP a boost & AH (unlike JL) is very conscious of giving value to shareholders

I think the main mover will be the forward guidance in the August results. The implication in the June statement implied that this will be positive & if it encourages more buying by IIs then anything could happen.

More news on FCF, cost reductions, margin improvements, contract wins etc will all help.

Just in case anyone is as paranoid as me I just confirmed with IR that the recent relevations re the Afghan leak in no way affect Capita & Capita is not responsible in any way

I think the figures are pretty well known as per the June statement the guidance is the important part

I suspect that there are plenty of contract wins but not large enough to warrant a RNS.

I’d rather have lots of wins of several £m than one great big one ( although both would be nice!)

As long as overall wins are level or increasing that’s fine

@Simpiles - does this mean that we can expect further savings ( apart from the £250m already nearly completed) & reduction in headcount going forward?

More unlikely things have happened!

Remember 6-8% target is medium term. That would infer a long term target of 10%+. Imagine what that would do to the SP together with sustainable growth

Kipper no idea of short term predictions it would be just a guess

I get the impression that this is just waiting for some real positives ( possibly in August 1/2 year results) to have another big leg up leaving the £4 behind
