Yes, you pointed out your concerns about Eboracum's status months ago and you and other posters, especially on ADVFN (is one of them you under another name?) have been going on about it ever since. However,
the RNS of 20/9/16 re half yr ended 30/6/16 states "A long term distribution agreement has been entered into with Eboracum Marble Ltd .....through which a £2m order for a range of marble slabs has been received and the company has commenced delivery. An advance payment of £300,000 was received and £212,000 has been recognised in the period in relation to this order." Therefore, unless you contend that this statement is false, and irrespective of the extent to which the full order was ultimately fulfilled it is clear that Eboracum bought, and paid up front for, a quantity of marble. So I do not personally see much wrong with the Company saying Eboracum had an appetite for their marble; they don't say that Eboracum still feature in the order book for 2017.
Nobody is saying, least of all me, that there have not been disappointments in terms of the conversion of orders into sales etc. But just because some customers may dissappoint doesn't mean that Fox will not succeed in building revenues and ultimately move into profit. At the end of the day that is what counts, at least for those of us who are invested. For all it's failings (and I agree there have been failings) I am of the view that success for Fox is more likely than not (albeit that there are risks) and that it is not far off. You obviously disagree. Believe it or not you and I actually agreed about something once. On 30/11/16 you agreed with me that a suggestion from another poster that the pictures of the factory were fake and the whole thing was a scam was a bit rich. That was something at least! I don't actually mind you posting factual material that is relevant, negative or not. What niggles is that you seem to suggest that anyone invested here must be an idiot, rather than just taking a different view.
