Sick and tired of AIM and its inability to value potential. Fingers crossed we see a significant revaluation on Wednesday, though I fear the traders will suck any decent profit out of a rise.

More importantly is the message the data will send to BP Oncology. They need to start opening their cheque books and signing deals. As someone posted recently, Wednesday might not give us a massive rise, but it definitely will pave the way to one. Or I’m completely wrong and a significant deal with BP is also being announced. Let’s be honest, P1a trials - does the drug kill the patient - don’t normally warrant an Investor Meeting with the CEO and top team.

The RNS we had today is the RNS I wanted Aidan. Reasoning behind the behaviour of the Nomad, and will they get replaced, above all else. Intention of LRB a little vague, but knowing they are still interested gives us all reassurance.

The lack of any updates disgusts me. Tintra knew this was coming. They are still bound by AIM rules to issue an RNS. Tricky without a Nomad, but can still be done.

It’s a very very interesting part of the trials for AVA6000. So many of the review articles into doxorubicin suggest cell death pathways beyond the ‘simple’ DNA replication disruption are present. If these are intracellular concentration dependent, and the biopsies are confirming higher and higher concentrations, this will be part of the paradigm shift.

Meanwhile Cardiff Meds are destroying Bristol Meds in the local varsity sports day. So I’m very very happy!!

This review explains more about that AND the cd95L ligand effect in the vascular supply. Very interesting indeed, and agree re affirmer. Another target to research.

Very very interesting indeed. This is probably going to be a unique teleconference for the FDA. Doxorubicin is a very well known drug with regard effect and side effect. It’s not a breakthrough agent. But its delivery methodology, as a pro drug, is the breakthrough. I hope this means the FDA will find it easier to designate it as a breakthrough agent, and will find it relatively easy to decide what effect / side effect profiles it’s expecting to see. Absolutely inspired decision in choosing doxorubicin as the first agent to attach to the pre/CISION platform.
