I've messaged a couple of times, but without a scan of the actual letter, it's hard to give them much of an update.

I have a direct email for the guy that was dealing with it for me, but that was so i could send him the previous letter as H&L system does not allow users to attach files, just staff in replies.

heard nothing back yet

Micky is right, they only have contact details for those with certificates registered with them, those holding in nominee accounts, such as H&L don't get them, and I fear the crooks will try and dish out what they have to and cash the rest and run, claiming it was the Nominees responsibility to claim them... hence why i've been forwarding letter to H&L so they can chace it with some evidence.

Also.... unfortunately CGO dropped another 10% today and that trend is only likely to continue, especially when we all start dumping our shares to get some money back from this mess, that's a fall from 7.15p on the 6th of may to 4.7p today :(

yup.... and agree financing is a done deal, it just remains to be seen how he sugar coats the MASSIVE dilution that's coming

those early prices are bleed through form pre-trading window where the select groups get to trade pre-hours, just like the prices are all over the shop at the closing bell, because there is still after hours trading going on, while they may not be accurate, they can often be an indication of what's coming.

we need to stop talking about it and get on with building something that cna start producing, but of course, there's no funding in place for that, so we're going to have to sell part of the farm to fund it so to speak, or it's confetti time again, on a grand scale
