I'll guess at another p1ss poor period performance wise, with just about enough money coming in to keep the award winning company lights on! Probably a healthy dollop of Jam delivered in amongst the drivel from pasty pete, whilst setting the stage for the next salary funding placing perhaps?.... that'll come along monday and be miraculously filled and probably forward sold at a profit

in some respects another disappointing ex-divi day, because it fell almost an additional 50% of the divi cost, but given it's recent volatility it could have been worse i guess. At some point though i am just going to dump the lot before the dividend because the potential for making more in shares on the buy back is being supported more and more by history!

or dividend not increasing. Given the last final dividend was halved, i'd say no change was an ok declaration, the results are not the best, I think someone said there is clearly a problem retaining custom, and the name change seems hated by everyone all round.

It could also be that it seems a lot of the market is down today, I know there's a lot of red both in my portfolio as well as watch list.

i've often wondered if there's a sensibly priced option.

oh god yeah, i remember something about Equinity and getting something via post when i was shifting my santander shares, i'd forgotten about that, cant remember what it was now, might have been something to do with account registration even back then, i do remember laughing at the situation

that was my understanding of the situation too, that they were basically in breach of contract, but as with all these corrupt nations, there's no one for them to answer to.

GR was talking about another review of the Zulu Scoping Study ...... it's about time we started realising the value in some of these "assets" we have, cause right now all we have is potential, and a crap load of debt, and a historical track record of failure, lets get something back for a change.

I think it's a case of not enough percentage wise for them to risk, I personally think it will drop a little more, but not sufficient for those regular shorters to think it worth while

my original Santander Shares where held with Equinity, and apart from the script dividend buying scheme I was enrolled in, which was at the time pretty much fee free, or very very small, the only other time i used them was a Bed and ISA transaction to shift the entire holding into my stocks and shares ISA, I didn't think much of them then, and would avoid like the plague now.

i'm not sure, been watching with interest since i sold, I will buy back in at some point, but wanting to see where things stand as shops etc start returning to some form of normal trading

yes, dividend level i think will be crucial, but given the final dividend was cut from a previous 14.3 to 7.3 I suspect a similar level of reduction can be expected, I'm going to assume the cost of changing names wasn't small and that'll likely have come from funds that would otherwise have been allocated towards the dividend
