Agreed and to minimise the current practise of using trade and commodities as leverage. Diversification of supply will aid that process.

WE may live in a $1500 world right now but it is the forward price that will be most relevant, that is, the expectation of prices in 12, 24 and 36 months time etc (whatever that might be). No major is going to BUY in to He1 on an assumed price of $1500 unless they believe that is the likely price in the very long term. And any valuation from analysts will use a similar metric.

In 2025 Scancell's presentation at the AACR conference justified not one but two RNS's, the first as early as mid February; maybe we will get one this year too or, maybe, a "poster" is not considered big enough, material enough, news? Whatever the answer it is interesting that we have now had the longest break between RNS's that we have had at any time since before I became a shareholder in early 2023.

Let's hope the next one is worth the wait.

Well RJ, why am I not surprised? Compared to the never ending one-eyed, unbridled, optimism trotted out by the AEX BoD sycophants anything even remotely "balanced" would appear unduly negative. Remember when you were all telling me that I would regret selling most my AEX shares back in Q3 last year? That I would never be able to buy them back cheaper? How negative I was being then? Yes, well thankfully I didn't listen to the totally misplaced and rose tinted collective opinion of the "regulars".

So maybe it is "most regulars" that think I am being negative but please understand why I don't have much regard for "they" might think. After all which RJ, how many times has yours and their eternal positivity been proven to be sorely misplaced over the last 16 years? More often than not is the truthful answer.

Fwiw, I do think that the next 12 months will be broadly "positive" (that is why I bought my shares back) but nothing, least of all the timing, is yet the certainty that many here seem at pains to suggest.

Surely we should get news of "boots on the ground" at NT2 fairly soon? Or is that no longer a short term priority with pipeline completion now not anticipated until September?

To Gaslady's point, an operational update would be welcomed just to provide some clarity.

Agreed BB, they look very much like a B2B or "internal" transfer - possible ahead of "year-end" or "quarters end" in the case of Asset/Fund Managers.

So Prosper you state (correctly) that TPDC and Tanzanian authorities have been active but apart from your second bullet point all activities are known and historic; but what are Aminex or ARA themselves actually up to? What are ARA actually doing? Tenders? Yes but we had a Rig tender when mid 2025? And what is the result of that? Where is the rig contract? So what are the JV partners actively executing on the ground? Errr, not a lot. Hence they don't really have much to shout about do they? Until they do I would expect the radio silence to be maintained......

I am sure that will change in the not too distant future and, when they actually have something to report, I am sure we will hear about it.

Often true? Maybe elsewhere but how often have many posters here made a statement that the "radio silence" belies bog things happening in the background only then for the opposite to be true. More often than not with AEX an extended news drought is indicative of exactly what it portrays - nothing happening whatsoever.....!

Just as was the case when countless people here were telling us all that the lack of news re Rig contract and Spud dates was simply an indication that lots was occurring on the background and that we would see a resolution within only weeks or months of the original Rig tender.... well here we are still waiting about 9-10 months later.

@ waitaminute -"a rescue package"? With what? Ignoring the commercials of such a proposition, the current share price malaise is due, largely, to the uncertainties around funding and the risk of further dilution on top of the Galactica "delays". Do you think the company would consider it appropriate to burden themselves with yet further funding obligations for the Eneraqua? I, for one, rather hope not, irrespective of how good, or otherwise, a commercial opportunity it poses.

I fully hope and expect to see a reversal of fortunes tomorrow; back in the 12.0 - 13.0p range.

Only wish I had been around to pick up some more today - bugger. Hopefully there will be a window of opportunity in the morning.

And Chelsea, that in my opinion is the reason that they floated Glymab off into a separate entity; yes, of course it may well be to make it easier to sell separately but equally the deal with Genmab may be compromised by a sale of Scancell to a direct competitor and often a deal of that nature will be voidable through a sale or change in control clause. By separating Glymab off this would be avoided.

Their yearly costs are certainly over $4m a year but not their BAU expenditure and any operational expenditure, such as the next appraisal drill will be funded through a Farm-Out (so we are told) - so there is no obvious short term need for additional capital, unless they cannot conclude a Farm-.
