Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Yes indeed Tom, it is difficult to believe that when we drilled NT2 in Dec 2016 we would not get to see the drilling of NT3 for another 7 years and counting..... I waited 7 years for NT2 which took some significant patience and as if that wasn't bad enough even longer waiting for any further operational activity at all!! Not even on Kiliwani! You remember the re-working that would cost us £250k for a bit of "compression".
No wonder the market will take some convincing that there actually is life in this being; Aminex is the only entity that takes longer to emerge from dormancy than the larval stage of a "periodical cicada".......
We can only hope so Cupacoffee. I am just as interested to see what the MM's do with the price between now and close. Will they be anticipating a load of day traders closing out and make them pay or will they be looking to push the price up to make the late starters and those who have their access to their new ISA tomorrow morning pay up? If they drop the price below 1.50 I can see a few people taking the opportunity to top up and the other hand if they raise the sp for the FOMO brigade I can see a few of those traders taking their opportunity to sell ahead of tomorrow's open.
I am sure they will Cupacoffee but unless this breaks through the 1.65p "barrier" they may well choose to sit on their hands or, perhaps, go the other way and short it...
Oh and of course you cannot "short" in an ISA...
I am not sure that many traders will be using an ISA Cupacoffee; "spread betting" is not even taxable and though CFD's are, they are not ISAable. Most traders use margin accounts not "full fat" trades.
6p in August Castlepaul? That totally depends upon the outcome of the EWT and the appraisal well - good results and the declaration of a "commercial discovery" 6p is a strong possibility, followed by a JV to fund a production facility and maybe 10p plus. But without that we will be scratching around for funds for the next drill and, without a "commercial discovery" not much chance of a JV partner as there will be no production to justify the need for that production facility.
I will be hanging on for the outcome of that EWT but some, I am sure, will not be inclined to take that risk.
I totally agree wimbledon, bring it on, get the uncertainty out of the way and give us clear sight for the EWT and appraisal well..... then we will see what the sp really can do.
Well I think that it is a combination of a variety of things including Chesh's and LOTM suggestions and they both follow on logically from each other; they would not be planning to initiate any operational or drilling activity if they were not totally confident that the Basin Modelling and internal resource estimates justified it. Moreover they will have to pay for that activity, so does it also mean that they are going to market looking for funding? I have always suggested that if they are in the market for funding they would be best doing so after the revised modelling and estimates were available. They would want their MC a high as possible to minimise potential dilution and the figures would help with that and also to avoid a heavy discount. They may already have any raise "in the bag".....
I agree on the timelines and would have minimal concerns if that low risk approach were to be confirmed.
Apologies for the typos; "junstire" = juncture.
Shouldn;t type whilst on the move!
I agree with you Blubay and have said as muh only to be derided for it - according to some there is sinsufficient time to lend it out and get it back for Q3 - though as I have pointed out EWT is Q3 and appraisal well drilling is likley to be after that, which could mean Q4 before we drill an appraisal well. If so that leaves plenty of time.
That said you may recall that I would have tremendous misgivings about their renting out the rig at this junstire - another Tai3 debacle could impact out own timelines for that appraisal drill and land us with a whole host of costs in repairs and parts. So accepting that the rental is unlikely to cover the costs of the EWT is it really worth the risk? we will have to raise in any event.... if we could get sufficient to cover the EWT costs then that cretaes a different equation in my book.
Petro, if I were a trader so too would I be, as the sp has reached the 1.60p resistance level - they will be back in if this breaks through the 1.60p level and stays there - they will be looking at the next resistance level and that is a long way away....
OSG, I think the Itumbula numbers and lab results are yesterday's news even if they were to be released I doubt they would have much impact- the Basin Modelling and revised resource estimates is what I am expecting to see - and perhaps with news that we have just raised £?m for EWT and appraisal well.
1.65p just paid.
Have you still got my number and email address? If so drop me a line.
As you say RJ, you can buy freely now - does that mean you are now back in?
1.60 - 1.65p spread 1.633 just paid.
1.60p paid
Oh and just to let you all know now 1.55 - 1.60p - 1.586p paid.
Yes indeed Tobethebet, just like donotpanic I topped up in three tranches last week @ 1.0p 0.98p and 0.99p but, totally unlike donotpanic I intend sticking with this all the way to EWT and, maybe, beyond (depends on outcome).
