As pharmajet is already proving itself in the Indian DNA vaccines trial onwards into trial now

Worth noting that ImmunoBody is now a quite different commercial prospect than it once was as for one thing it does not rely on 3rd party Ichor and its device... Also, preclinical work has obviously been going on to prove up next-gen SCIB1 and SCIB2 which is interesting... As Lindy clearly says 'and we hope to move forward with these into the clinic'....hmm you would think if pharma does make a move in on Covidity it would be interested in the whole ImmunoBody platform.

There are 3 potential golden egg-laying geese in Covidity ImmunoBody itself with its multi-targeting ability Avidimab with its ability to enhance and indeed help increase patent to all humanised MaBs and the delivery 'simple non-toxic peptide' which has potential for all DNA/mRNA vaxs and will be interesting to see will that IP in some way come inhouse

Anyways going to be fascinating to watch how this all unfolds .... again so long as Lindy is right with 'unrivalled' we are going to be in for some excitement ....... then there is moditope and the obviously progressing glycan MaBs.. and of course the Zachari mystery that is yet to be revealed.

Yes when there were no vaxs and Gov needed 'something' now there are lots of vaxs including 'boosters' on the way so long as Covidity does as it should it will have its day in the light but I doubt it would get a Boris big un unless it came right at a time variants arrived that caused lockdowns and Covidity was the answer..... more likely it finds its way into the booster market and maybe then quite fast becomes the chosen one.... like everyone wants Pfizer not Astra etc.... the data and it ticking all boxes on effectiveness stability scalability delivery and low side effect profile will be the clincher... we need the trial to get going on the starting line now but some serious ground to make up to be able to match Covid BioNTechs success

The Boris (gov) part would only ever happen with confirmed ph3 data and vax approved for use plus of course if variants were causing lockdowns at the time... the other bits though CEPI/pharma getting involved can happen any time and the fact that the Covid race is still very much on due to variants means scancell are now in with a fighting chance of coming out scientifically top... and that is enough for me all I've ever wanted here is the chance.... if Lindy is right with 'unrivalled' we will have a whole lot of good times here.....

CEPI backed Korean based SK announced their Covid vaccine has been approved for a ph3 trial after a successful ph1/2 and it has had quite a nice effect on their sp/mcap ..... Their sp over the year has gone up by about 2.5x

Yes, agree there would only be a rasing to increase or gain an asset so that will not be the cause of this dismal sp it should be nearer 5p, not 3p, buyers simply not interested .... roll on the next money adding RNS

I look at UOG and think why the hell did I build a (small) holding here why do I average down due to the sp collapsing yes BOD is to blame for the warrants fiasco but I dunno this should witness a rerate due to it being a successful Oily with actual oil and revenue but the market says nah...

They would only IMO fundraise if there were indeed a Jamaica partner announced and that was part of the deal... which would be fine so doubt it is market fear of that... Jamaica would gain a lot of interest here as a lot of pi love that kinda adventure

Yeah I agree too..... the funny thing is though Lindy is convinced her way is better than theirs... would they wait to find out via trial data or make a move now... would Lindy accept it or would she herself in confidence go for data first.... I dunno but yes I can see a solid partnership between scancell and BioNTech as a potential future .... it's all science science .... and scancell are never going to really really grow until they do serious commercial deal/s

BTW with boosters now a thing and soon their revenue and mcap is only going to rise.... so far to me they are the winners of the covid vax race though I don't get how moderna can have a higher mcap! at almost $200 billion ... wowzers! strange world but yes if you happen to have 'unrivalled' techs ....just imagine :)

Yes, I very much doubt it will be used not sure if Inovio are working on a needle-free elctro device but think I read something down those lines... It is possible that 2 very similar needle-free devices will be trialled with the idea of finding which is best....If we look at sponsors for that conference there is pharmajet and there is also nanopass who have a device https://nanopass.com/product/....

At some point we hope to find out for sure and could be once again completely surprised by scancell :)

I suppose that conference could indicate relationships that may have developed between scancell and alternative delivery tech players I noticed it's sponsored by pharmajet seems likely Lindy has been looking into many different delivery methods for year's....we never learnt what nano technology was chosen for SCIB 2 way back when

Scancell presenting moditope at that particular conference is still a weird one.... hopefully there is a trial by then! Maybe scancell are going to be going off the needle free delivery data from Covidity and will use a needle free method for modi1 too... who knows! lol

As for the needle free options for Covidity well to me there are 3 possible routes

1. A Notts team developed techs - not impossible I'm sure the team with wider involvement from their academia colleagues could come up with manufacturing devices, however this IMHO is the least likely for all kinds of reasons and fact we have looked and found nothing :)

2. Use already approved devices - The most likely route for instance Pharmajet is already in a successful DNA vax trial in India for example... how that deal transpires I dunno... a mutually beneficial partnership?

3. We have an about to be revealed Pharma partner who has these techs - Possible but not probable ...

Also that there will be 2 different techs is a puzzle... is one indeed electroporation? we know the issues there so doubtful... micro needle patches ? doubtful as they need to be applied for hours so not very practical for a trial... people will just pull them off! ......

Always mysteries here lol .... But Lindy is going for it big time with the Covidity multi game changer techs package and quite right too this trial could make her and of course with it Scancell.... no longer would she be in the Sahin shadow

We'll just have to hope the next drill comes up a duster it's the only way to get this sp moving in the right direction...
