Well we know the plan on the MaBs to prove them up to the point where they could go into the clinic either by scancell themselves or by license or indeed by sale ... Avidimab would be licensed out and that gets validation from Covidity... all down to data now we should be getting modi1 trial news coming soon now too as that is still down for H2 .... a trial in 4 targets with potential to expand into possibly 10 or more targets .... massive potential there and modi2 will be trial-ready probably by the time modi1 data is coming in.... its sit back time now the funds for all this are here and no more will be needed until products are needing to go into ph3 and that will only happen with deal/s ... so wither Lindy is right with 'unrivalled' or not but its going to get shown now which was not the case before....

I don't worry about the II's they are backing Lindy and will have realistic ideas of where this can end up and realistically that is many many many multiples of today due to nothing being valued at all from a pipeline that is bristling with potential just this one vaccine Covidity from the ImmunoBody platform could become the number 1 covid booster vaccine... what price that? ... one product of one pipeline.... the IP here is Lindys it will be her that decides what the final looks like but at the moment it looks like the ever this plan.... development trials data and deal/s .... of course, Zakari adds some intrigue but as for now Zakari is a part of scancell

I suppose there is room for all especially for now as this is a global pandemic needing vaccines for all nations... however this pharmajet tech looks like it could be a complete game-changer for DNA vaccines which I think if the best ones show themselves to be more effective than mRNA ones means DNA vaccines could win the final due to all the issues we know of cost and storage issues etc of mRNA ... and no one does it quite the Lindy way with the potential of multiples of epitopes in one vaccine and of course now the addition of Avidimab..... really looking forwards to this tria to get started now and to really be in the race as once data hits and hopefully proves Lindys 'unrivalled' way we could jump many places very fast indeed

I share your excitement Cleaner-delivery is chosen so let us have that trial now! it is a pity (presuming it does as it should) that we did not get onto Pharmjet techs to use for SCIB1 back in the day and now in the never-ending combo trial too late now though and Ichor with its issues is still a proven effective device I notice pharmajets are described as similar in effectiveness as electroporation not better than but that should do!... That Lindy is going with both the Pharmajet devices is good too as from that can be decided which of them is the best to go with into a ph3

I think we can expect the Indian Vax to be significantly cheaper than the Pfizer which if then a far more effective DNA Vax arrives on the scene is going to have implications you would think that pharma are aware of

Thanks Berm it does suggest pharmjet as a possible universally chosen needle-free delivery is going to be a game-changer for DNA vaccines in overcoming one of the major DNA vaccine hurdles of delivery and hopefully meaning commercialisation of DNA vaccines for human use is coming soon.... Certainly it must have passed the Lindy test

This pharmajet vid is worth a view from 4.40 for the most data it presents also note a UK pre clinical collaborator on a slide (most probably our team) ... that pharmajet gives 'similar' results as electroporation is good news seeing as we know that route was successful for SCIB1 ... I wonder though a limitation of using Ichor was the effective dose could not exceed 8mg via 2 jabs.... I did see on Lindys presentation the dosing that will be used for the upcoming Covidity trial but just wonder is there less of an effective dose limitation on pharmajet i.e is there only so much vax that can effectively enter cells....

Anyways all looking good it is obvious Lindy will have been researching this delivery route for a while now before deciding on it.... We know other delivery routes are being looked at too but I think the difference between the commercialisation of pharmajet type techs ImmunoBody and electroporation delivered ImmunoBosy is huge... it makes the platform a lot more attractive and usable ....

Also, I doubt many ... possibly less than 10 will be needed for the Covidity trial?...So just a question of getting everything over to Cape Uni now which may already happened :)

Also that it is getting requests from nations beyond India is positive... I don't know much about the science of this first over the line DNA vax but obviously, it is not an ImmunoBody so bodes very well for scancell and that the pharmajet clearly is effective means we should look forwards to getting great trial data and hopefully soon now that pharmajet is the chosen way ... on cost I believe pharmajet requires even less of a dose therefore making what will already be a comparatively cheap vax even cheaper... game on!

As for Pharmajet news not shifting the sp up... well I didn't expect it to myself it's more a clearing up a missing detail and means now the trial can indeed get going.... Also, we know there has been a seller/s probably DE as he said so ... that the sp has managed to keep above 20p with Diggle wiggle assists is fine by me and we are now heading towards the big news of trial starting also modi1 trial is still on for this year according to LD's vid so we can presume the application was indeed made H1 also modi2 will no doubts be trial-ready soon too and of course, even a patient in the SCIB1 combo could get dosed anytime too!.... plus all the other stuff and surprises, I'm looking forwards to the rest of this scancell year and as roses post points out the need for a universal covid vaccine is never more real.... possibly for once, scancell hits perfect timing.

'Zydus Cadila today announced that the company has received the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) for ZyCoV-D the world's first Plasmid DNA Vaccine for COVID-19. ZyCoV-D is a three dose vaccine which will be administered first on day zero, day 28th and then on the 56th day. With this approval, India now has its first COVID-19 vaccine for the adolescents in the 12-18 age group, besides the adult population. ZyCoV-D, is a needle-free vaccine administered using The PharmaJet® a needle free applicator, which ensures painless intradermal vaccine delivery.

This is for the first time that a technologically advanced vaccine has been successfully developed on the Plasmid DNA platform for human use. The platform because of its rapid plug and play technology can be easily adapted to deal with mutations in the virus, such as those already occurring. The company plans to manufacture 10-12 crore doses of ZyCoV-D annually.'

Imagine if a Covidity(immunoBody) deal with Pfizer is in the offing... that would be great and quite funny seeing as how this tech has been waved right under BioNTechs noses and Pfizer have done a dirty on BioNTech by learning enough from their 50/50 deal on the Covid vax to now be able to go off and become Mr mRNA big... something they could not really do with Lindys patented techs :)

Exciting times ahead I would say........ Would there be use in using a pharmajet device in the also now coming modi1 H2 trial?

What I'm now not sure of is does the pharmajet straight replace Ichor as in is there now no need for simple non-toxic peptide delivery to get into cells? It's not clear to me maybe someone else knows the answer?

Also though yes its good for needle phobes I don't like needles myself,really I'd still be apprehensive to be 'jetted' myself but certainly a vast improvement on an electric jolt from an Ichor .....Also, are patients going to be double dosed in the one visit? much like SCIB1 is?

They featured in Lindys recent OXT vid and she says they expect to take them into the clinic...
As for SCIB1 combo... yeah too late to change that now it is what I guess we can call first gen SCIB and electroporation... I don't know if we will ever see data from it due to the trouble recruiting patients !... The data if it comes would sure up the original data and show SCIBs to have therapeutic synergy with CI's so still valuable but yeah SCIB1 using electro in my opinion will never be a commercial product.... iSCIB1 however
