And the fact that moditope stimulates killer CD4s something that I do not think we can find in any other therapies? gives it another edge as that means if it ends up being part of a combo cocktail of other treatments it brings CD4 killers to the party... but till trials, we do not know we only know preclinical 100% is as good as you possibly get and it works fast.

Exactly and there are a number of possible deals around moditope... the one we are mostly aware of is the TCR one, others are a complete platform partnership or modi1 or modi2 complete product partnerships and others could be an individual target by target deals on either modi1 or modi2.... throw is possible Glycan MaB action or indeed you never know something from ImmunoBody... we will only know when we know.

Fact is neither a market raising or a deal or some other form of funding have appeared to take scancell forwards to its next stage of development .... So as C7 says it is all speculative.... scancell simply tell us ALL funding options are being explored... it is a punt isn't it but gosh what a potentially massively valuable pipeline scancell are building.

The new hires are not ImmunoBody hires Sam comes to spearhead the 'new TCR therapeutics' she is here mostly around our BioNtech collaboration and is the biggest sign yet of where that is headed... Adrian has joined because moditope is going into trial(s) never has scancell been more deal attractive around it's moditope platform the new hires show scancell have the capacity to get that tech into the clinic and on the road to commercialisation as fast as any potential partner could want....

Agree that the raising of money will not be the problem it will be the sp at the time and how much they can raise etc... well its looking bleak there if that is the chosen route which indeed is a possibility and we both agree they would want it to be done at least after SCIB1 combo trial began (if it ever does!!!)) .... all a gamble isn't it :) I'm hoping scancell know for certain how they are going to fund everything....

I prefer to go off RNS's and readable or viewable presentations than anecdotes though as knowlesi proves to us going off a supposed Lindy at an AGM 2 years ago anecdote that she has no idea what Karolinska are up to if anything with moditope.... only for Karolinska to later extend and broaden their collaboration and for the Swedish oncology society to then give Lindy an award who if you look at the event she was awarded at and got to talk for a full hour about moditope at had a heavy Karolinska presence.... but hey who knows maybe that was all a big sorry for ignoring you for so long make up award :)

May sounding possible.. there are unknowns here.. scancell did not bring in a head of research and head of manufacturing with no reason and with no way to pay them yet entice them to give up their comfortable positions at far bigger biotechs.. modi1 is going into trial... the change of sarcomas to head and neck at this late stage puzzling... the only ones who know how close to any kind of deal or non dilutive fundraising are scancell and they can see and are well aware of what is and will continue to happen to SP ...

The thing is on many of his points we all agree... timelines here are historically terrible- we ought to be having SCIB1 combo data by now that we are not has been ruinous to sp we know this and we know why that trial is not happening yet... He makes a mistake in equating failure of deal/s on ImmunoBody to not being able to get one on moditope... there is no BioNtech and Genentech interest in ImmunoBody but we know for sure they think very differently about moditope... also no BioNtech are not waiting on trial data the deal with them is done once suitable TCR target candidates are finalised.... like I say Sahin is getting a great hands on insight into moditope they are using donated human blood to find the candidates he is seeing the mechanism of moditope - working! And from listening to AGM it seems Lindy let him in on modi2 as well which shows an intimacy of how close they are in working together... we cannot time that deal beyond those first TCR candidates could be decided on by H1 this year...modi1 is fast approaching the clinic and is fully IP protected in all major markets... potential of 17 cancer targets potential of one therapeutic dose causing bulky tumours to melt in 3 days of having that dose...potential of it doing that in a majority of patients... no intertest in such an IO asset? BS!... we know partnership talks have been and presumably are continuing to go on and not just with one interested party but with 'multiple' ... we just saw Astra do a whopping deal worth $7 billion for an asset that is only at stage1 clinically and is limited to targeting HER cancers... moditope does not have those antigen restrictions of so many others...it is a bypass the problems type therapy and it stimulates CD4 killers its unique! ... so to think no deal can be done and not till data is just wrong thinking... however if a TCR deal were in the bag and scancell could afford to wait on modi1 data it could well be worth doing that as a proving itself to work modi1 which dracula does not get puts us in the Kite and Juno sphere straight away! .....I wouldn't mind having some 1p shares in such potential too lol ... roll on next RNS

And how come Karolinska extended its research collab looking at moditope... and mysteriously Lindy gets herself an esteemed Swedish award ... and project blueprint? Genentech on the scene....why!?

It is ALL about the techs it really is :) get to know what your 100k of shares are a part of.... try to understand the 'new TCR therapeutics' and what that may mean for scancell... go look up deals done around TCR targets... you will not find one for less than $8 million upfront with milestones up to $200 million and most for far more than that!..... scancell the minnow is scancell that has not had any of it's IP valued and no commercial deal/s - yet! ....I know which minnow I'd rather be in lol... the one with science that has game-changing potential written all over it and all of it invented and developed by scancell itself... A pipeline of 3 platforms with products targeting multiple cancer types and disease stages all IP protected.

Also this one might be of interest to you Ganymed sold for 1.3 billion euros... an interesting story behind it... of course doubt you will even bother reading it and certainly will not 'get it' lol
but if you do want to try... some interesting scancell related characters involved too see if you can spot em! :)

Well whilst there are investors around willing to take a punt without actually knowing what it is they are taking a punt on they will survive which is more than can sadly be said for their trial patients ....no I'm afraid the brought in science will not see them through...
