It be great if by this time next year everyone from school kids to grannies know Scancell..... and that that's the vax they all want :) indeed we may all be dosed up with covidty ourselves

Whether BioNTech is or isn't worth $30 billion that is what it is valued and we are valued at £112 million...markets huh ... BioNTech is a different much larger beast than scancell with backing from the off does it have science or a team science more powerful than scancells though? well that is going to be found out in time....
Like I say we are now in a position where 2 of our platforms could be validated and approved and on sale in a years time... platforms with potential worths of billions.... then there is moditope... and the MaBs... so yup all very interesting

We last appeared on SKY 11th June then got innovate funding on 27th Aug..... so took a couple of months
The question is where will current funds get us? well seems into the manufacture and at least a ph1 ..... The emphasis seems to be on gaining a partner now for this program does that mean there is one... indeed possibly a few in the wings and now it is up to them to make their move? or are will still waiting on that.... time will tell it will all play out but we got connections we got exposure and we are in the hottest race to be in in the world.... we didn't get a slying start like some but we could yet come in first or at least in the top ten :) .....

Just think on it ImmunoBody and AvidiMab potentially approved and in use by this time next year it's like the impossible just became possible yes in terrible circumstances but it seemed like Lindy was going to be overlooked all her professional life.... probably not now though :)

All I can say is they will not be getting my 260k of shares for pennies and I doubt anyone will be able to buy 260k for 13p at 8am tomorrow or indeed after that :)

And yes probably the ph1 is being paid for by innovate funds we already have and possibly some of our own to maybe dose 1k of healthy Notts student volunteers.
But Scancell are going to be back in trial!! How exciting is that :) and ... ImmunoBody plus AvidiMab could get the greatest validation ever... plus the new Notts developed delivery.... Lindys time may well have come at long last...

I expect to see antibodies as many as in any of the approved vaccines and I expect mention of high avidity T Cells targeting the N.... and I expect this place to never be the same again, in a very good way :)

'COV001

COV001 is a Phase I/II single-blinded randomised controlled trial to determine safety, immunogenicity and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine candidate AZD1222 in up to 1,077 healthy adults in five trial centres in the UK. Participants aged 18-55 years received either a single dose or two doses of AZD1222 at 5x1010 viral particles, or a single dose of a meningococcal conjugate vaccine MenACWY as control vaccine.

Participants had blood samples drawn and clinical assessments for safety as well as immunogenicity at day 0, 28 and will also be followed at day 184 and 364. In addition, participants enrolled in the Phase I component of the study and in the two dose groups, had visits at 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after each vaccination.
