I don't know yet and very much suspect Covidity is in all kinds of discussions and yes I suppose now the CEPI call is closed we like to think there is a chance there but CEPI have announced nothing they have not spent a some of that $200 million call yet to anyone yet interestingly retweeted the call yesterday a day after at least the Covid vax element of the call was closed.....

I do not think everyone was saying it was nailed at the time of the GC indeed there were positive voices and doubting voices you know like err now! :)
Also it was funding into mod13 is was never seen as scancell getting fully funded no it would go to research and hopefully a proof of concept trial... and that was it and great to get to the final few

Correct BioNTech did a TCR research collaboration deal which is still on going and they invited scancell to their CIMT conference to present Covidity and moditope posters... nice
It was suspected at the time that scancells GC entery was too industry/commercial heavy to win charity support... anyways modi 3 still an exciting prospect being worked on

Scancell will be applying for all sorts of funding for Covidity it's great that lots exist and universal vaxs are wanted by CEPI and the UK Gov not to mention pharmas

Grand challenge was completely different it was a competition that scancell got to the finals of .... Sure they did not win but they revealed a lot of industry interest with the team they created... so no the CEPI call completely different and what kind of RNS would ... have applied for CEPI funding from their universal vax call... just waiting on an answer lol

AB well I think more of an angle on that is ... if no news why no news which again I think we are getting to a time now when an explanation could and should then be expected which in itself would then be 'news'.... At least I would want to see that If we go into H2 with no updates on anything I'd want to know why and am sure so would everyone else... and not in a panicky way though if sp is in that circumstance by then down to 10p again hmm...

I don't think we will get to that situation though I think we will now soon get newsflow and hopefully of the positive kind and if not positive at least to again answer the question - why?... And I'd expect there to be valid answers...
I like to think a huge amount is going on and that it is all potentially very exciting and the kind of work that should get scancell to be the unicorn I believe it ought to be....It has always been a waiting game just we are now at the time when we should be hearing the whistle on at least some of our tech going into patients. And I know that is me doing a whole of thinking that until I know could well be labelled wishful thinking ...I am only going off what the company has told us to expect and of course what is happening in the world at large where there is very much an urgent need for the techs that scancell has and is developing.

But surely if given timelines are slipped scancell owe an update so I see at very least we get an update and if that update is to explain why modi 1 trial has not started and why Covidity has not started and why SCIB1 combo is failing to get a patient dosed so be it... I do not think scancell will just leave the market in that dark for a year :)

C11 absolutely and I don't think if you have been hanging on in just when it ought to be getting juicy newsflow and activity-wise is not the time to be bailing out but of course that is for each individual to decide so far though there are some pretty big buyers when it challenges 20p which is interesting and though one was Diggle seems he with his greater insight than us all is not the only one which is comforting :).... Again at the very least, I think we get an update during June... best outcome we get trials ... Covidity and it comes with a whopping CEPI and UK gov funded backing all the way.... and the mod 1 trial is a go go....SCIB1 multiple clinics come online and patients get dosed... now all that may not happen in June but... we ought to get a clearer picture and all those trials and their newsflows are due

AB's .. violins fine and record rec'd post shows there is frustration here and it is understandable we have been waiting err more than 'weeks' :) much more... So niggles yeah and possible no news even in June yes possible I do not think likely myself I think we get an update at very least this month... I would worry more here if we did not have the Covidity play... modi 1 delays I'm afraid due to nature of that trial can be expected though again would expect an update Lindy has to get that trial as right as right can be and modi 1 needs to get into only the most likely responders as this could be a one shot even though it is on multiple targets trial... and we know moditope research never stops and the understanding only grows and that most vitally included understanding how cancer can elude prevent or overwhelm moditiope and what can be done to make that less likely etc...
Anyways we are here so... we gonna find out one way or the other but I think not guarantee we get some form of a wave this month :)

So Into June, we go.... And really this has to be the month we get newsflow if covidity was to be in humans by spring this is the month... the CEPI call is closed that is supposed to aggressively develop chosen candidates so we should presume those candidates would be revealed soon.... and if Covidity is indeed now trial ready the news of trial and funding could all come at once there...
modi 1 I don't know... I'd have thought we would hear by now ... obviously research into moditope is ongoing could things being learnt about tumour micro environment be impacting on trial design? dunno but would like to we are owed news on modi 1 trial progress
SCIB 1 ... well it is in trial just not in any patients yet we have seen progress there though and hopefully more clinics will come on line and the 'worldwide' angle may reveal itself.... trial centre in Australia for instance ? dunno we could do with a wave there too!

Who would have thought they would be so far on a fast track to being a big pharma themselves but they are......and they have scancell on their radar...

So yeah sp been holding well 20p resilance much to some obvious displeasure OK :) ... but it wont last for ever unless we get a wave!...I didn't rec violins fine post either so am in the tiny club I just feel it is too soon to be pressuring but June ought to bring some clarity to us all ... we deserve to know where we are at and it should be a period when scancell can tell us...
