Adelaide/south australia had a massive COVID outbreak literally just after submission which i imagine slowed proceedings.

I looked on the SARIG website a few weeks ago at other PEPR's... Last one to be approved was for a company called "Central Iron Pty Ltd" - Owned by Peak Iron Mines. It was submitted on 29/11/2021 and approved on 18/02/2022, so within SLA. With the same turnaround that means that ours should be approved on 21/03/2022 - not entirely hopeful on this!

The RNS indicates the LCCM PEPR is just a "re review" of something already agreed in all but writing, from the way it's worded it sounds like a skim read exercise, so i can't imagine it taking more than 2 weeks. With that being the case i imagine there's another PEPR infront of ours in the queue (maybe a December submission)- as the last one checked was signed off on 22/02/2022.

I look on the SARIG website every morning so i'll post on the forum if i find anything.

My thoughts are on the assets - land and minerals below them Fira, sometimes my member, not prop's (no offence).

Just absurdly low isn't it, mcap of £4m - even just based on acreage/facilities owned

Fira - you seemed so optimistic the other day! You even disclosed your optimism of the PEPR being approved?

Colline - I'm hoping JP flagging the company to venture capital over the past few months an investment firm will see the potential of the assets (especially industrial metals are holding value in a sea of crashing shares) and purchase the company - booting out Paul & Barry Chuckle. I imagine everyone is just holding out until this PEPR comes in, with a background of ramping and lies the big investors will want to wait to see something official from a reputable institution (DEM) before throwing thier hat into the ring.

I can't see any logical reason for the large sell today - there's nothing publically available on the DEM website saying the PEPRs been revoked, I imagine it's just the seller needed the funds

If PEPR needs further ammendments we should arrange a coup of this current bod - they would of outright lied in the most recent PEPR RNS

I have a lowly 3.17m shares, I'm pretty sure bitcoinbuyer owns a significant amount, am I right in thinking we need just over a billion (50%) collectively to have control?

Also if we boot out the BOD who/how can we put a new BOD together ourselves?

if the PEPR kicks out and doesn't go through i'll be using my shares to vote for a new BOD i'm sure between us we'll have a good say

Oooft troajan wish I was on your salary! - PEPR has a good chance of getting through (if the last LCCM PEPR RNS was anything to go by), I estimate it'll be with us by the end of this month based on the DEMs current SLA.

Once that goes through we'll be in the position to negotiate with financers - SP ^^

Yeah today's buy was mine - its currently on 4* value on morningstar based on current (cobre) revenue. I don't understand why anyone with any idea about the company would sell before we get PEPR news.

Redmoor is a 15 year Exploration lease from 2016, which can be converted to a 25 year (extendable) production lease, land owner gets 3% of overall profits.

I think SML has a 50% share of Redmoor's lease, LCCM is fully owned by SML

A housing boom would make your land more valuable though Fira, even if you cannot get planning permission yourself

I'm with you on this bitcoiner - truth is we own the land which holds currently valuable and desirable resources. I can only see this demand going up - everyone will want a piece in future whether it's war or renewable energy.

Nobody can argue that there is not tin at Redmoor. Leigh creek isn't far from the largest and most successful open pit copper mine in Australia (sampling looks promising). Fundimenntals will play out, most of us have a few mil shares at a cheap price and everyone who holds will cash in - even if it comes to a bigger miner/venture capital bidding for the land. You only loose if you sell at a loss.

" - prop, thinking about this - completely agree, the real money comes in after the earnings/price ratio hits a certain threshold at which point it flags to the larger investment firms, who bring the capital. Until then it's just retail investors who are flippant and can buy and sell based on no logical means - money is made by seeing value and buying and holding even through cr@p times - until the fundamentals play out.

It's a good time to invest in copper - **** bod, good assets; better than the other way round.

I don't think we'll get the tailwind from the conflict in Ukraine until we actually get the PEPR approved, for now we just have a big pile of dirt,

Also I would also be voting against a bonus payout - although I only hold 1/666 of a say with 3m shares, but it's something! Hopefully bitcoinbuyer holding half the company will be useful here, imagine between us all we've got a strong influence

Tbh FTSE all share down 3% BlackRock WM trust down 2.36% rambler down 6%, Cornish metals down 13.3%. Current volatility means that it's going to be a day in the red for most. On Google SML showing as 0.3p which isn't a value that raises my eyebrows anymore.

The BOD couldn't just pocket the money they receive from Brenda right? Surely they'd use it for LCCM funding?

Bar date of 26th of April - so this is the deadline date right? Not too far away .. PEPR confirmation March - payment of $10m from Brenda in April...

no movement in SP though so assume market is doubtful

Would be a nice find ey prop! I think there are some gold mines in the area, probably put down just in case they stumble across some... Unless something was found in more recent sampling? Imagine it would be an RNS by now though
