Thanks for explaining your strategy for us long term holders. Why would an equity raise be needed? Finance is due soon. Why haven’t Institutional investors bought in here? I’m guessing maybe finance to remove risk and then becoming a viable business case with the predicted £200m+ revenues.
Stokey, good effort! I’ve been here since then, from around 7p I think. I thank you - if only I hadn’t averaged up! Remember it going up to around 28p, looked like a no brainier. I’m sure others have got bored and sold up but I’ve got my average down to around 15p. I’m heavily invested - still hopeful this will come good. I do wonder if there’s anything in the theory of it being held back.
Agree Xenor. JW is clearly looking to announce anything positive to distract from the ongoing finance deal ( Ferry operating, batteries, green tugs, aluminium hulls ) if there was a multi-million project sat on the quayside we’d know about it.
Respect your opinion, but why would it drop to 8p? We haven’t heard this years results and we have plenty of contracts on the go. It doesn’t seem like there’s a dire need for a financial deal to be signed right away. You’re talking about a considerable drop.
@Lottie regarding your 1108 post - Draw a line under “Grossly inflated wage demands from railway drivers”? Railway staff haven’t had a pay rise in almost 4 years, how exactly are they driving inflation? Why will a slightly lower CPI put an end to pay talks?
