Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Thanks for sharing Max, as always. I enjoy hearing these short interviews as they give us a sense of tone and enthusiasm; nice complement to the tech facts displayed in RNSs. Appreciate others have had mixed views about Bill’s interviews, but personally I like his style, attitude and the ‘let’s get on with it’ encouragement to others too. Yes, our SP progress may be gradual (which I’d prefer, personally), but as someone else posted a while back, 2021/22 is all about accretion of small gains, delivering one commitment after another, convincingly, which starts to de-risk UFO and build interest in / demand for its shares. Maiden drills is one of those important steps. We’ve many still to go, but this is shaping up to be a very exciting share for the next 24 months!
@UTRS, great article to re-share (particularly for anyone sitting on the sidelines, who’s unsure). I read that when it first came out, during my ‘research phase’, prior to investing. But re-reading it now (as well as re-reading past RNSs) is a great way of keeping the faith!
...from yest evening, just catching up. A very helpful debate, keeps us realistic but also very hopeful. Pay day today, was panicking I might not get a top up in time for potentially good news lol. Got an ask of 1.08, that’ll do nicely sir!
Well said 944T, I share your sentiments. 2021 could be really transformational. I’m having to give myself forced breaks from the topic throughout the week as I’m starting to slightly obsess about all things UFO / PMs / Ore !!!!
Here here @Cyprus. I’m a reasonably experienced AIM investor, but relatively new to junior miners, so the insights @Max (and others) share has helped point me (and undoubtedly others) towards some good areas of research over the months. I’m only at c500k shares at the moment, and building, and think 2021/22 has extraordinary potential for us. So please, keep up the regular posts people; considering the views of others is important (maybe vital) when ‘flirting’ with AIM!
@napthman1, in case it helps, I was just doing a bit of reading on this, the maps at the foot of the web page give a basic idea (Munni Munni East target sits south of Elizabeth Hill) : https://www.alienmetals.uk/project/ela-47-4422-elizabeth-hill-surrounds/
Just a quick thank you to those who’ve taken time in recent weeks and months to share well formed views/debates on UFO’s projects and prospects. I’ve been researching and monitoring UFO for a while and have now taken a decent position (at a shade under 1.2p). Have been intrigued by the Co’s potential in light of its projects, funding, leadership, demand and the direction of PMs, though mindful of the not inconsiderable risks (attached to all AIM juniors tbf). But in this case I feel the former outweighs the latter and until/unless something fundamental changes, I too will build towards a 1 million shares position.
Obviously, no one should invest based on BB posts alone, but they can sometimes be a valuable source of contrary opinions and thoughts, enough to at least make you pause and think. So in closing, I’m appreciative of the efforts some of you have made in sharing ideas/opinions/facts/ challenges - whether advocating a buy or sell position - which have given me food for thought. Fingers crossed for 2021 news flow!
