RE: Wholeheartedly fed up27 Feb 2022 20:49
Hey Robins. I hope you are ok. That’s a deal. Couple of pints at least :-)
It’s ok. I have my own life issues ( am a fitness and martial arts nutter since the Seventies but the last 2 years give crap health issues…all directly or indirectly covid-related) . Fed-up with them yes but that’s not what I was meaning.
Fed up with rude selfish posters. And posters who don’t give a **** about anyone but self. And who spout stuff which is dressed up nicely With snippets of truth but is rubbish and meant to seductively influence others. That’s what I was referring to. I am unhappy being at 29p but that’s just how it is. Not gonna whinge about that. My responsibility. . Just self-serving people. One of whom is a rude soab and people fawn over him.
When we see the utterly incredible solidarity and dignity of individuals and groups and nations being shown towards Ukraine, it shows what we as humanity are capable of. It is mind -blowing. I together with my MP have been pushing for a tougher stance on Putin. Now we have it. And true solidarity of nations( except China of course). So I am not in a 27km.refugee queue. My fed-upness does not compare. Just meant fed-up with self-centred posters.
Don’t know how much you have invested here but I have a far too large amount and it does worry me, but I choose to believe in the asthma, Parkinsons , cancer trials and 0518/ Keytruda link. They may not be dazzling but pharmas need time to jump through the hopps!!! The FDA approval is a big step. I have 2 friends just diagnosed Parkinsons. One of my sons has epilepsy and asthma but doing great-is a well-known radio presenter -and wife copd. These pharma breakthroughs matter. Technology saves our lives in covid or war.
Thanks for the invite:-)
Hope you are ok!!!
I offered to go to Ukraine. Liz Truss is now encouraging us!!! My kids and wife ( and dog) ain’t gonna let me.
On a personal level I am hurting a lot from this huge financial loss but have to sit it out. Hope you are managing ok. !!
