Greenvale upped on 5th and othe company bought 0.2% on 9th I nelieve.
It’s all very clever. If you hold less than 0.5% shorted stock then you don’t have to declare it. It seems there are several companies holding just under in order to leep it hidden. The other declared company was at 0.4% before it shorted another 0.2% but we couldn’t know. Someone I know accessed the sub 0.5% shorters on the FCA website and counted 8.5 % in all shorted. I can’t find this sub 0.5 info. But it makes sense looking at the mew shorter.
So it seems we are in for mor party games for a long while. Just have to sit out the loss until shorters have done whatever thay aim to do.

A new shorter upped to 0.6% on Tuesday. There seem to be a few shorters below 0.5% to a max of 8.5% shorted ( FCA website) . You have to count them up. They are responsible fpr the drop and this is likely to continue until they have made their money. No idea how long.But I expect the price could go absolutely anywhere because they know how to control it.

Crispin Ofey is a hrdge fund manager. They usually work by shorting vulnerable companies or overvalued ones. To do that they sell what they don’t yet own and hope to buy it back more cheaply when price drops. The market price of shares ought to be a reaction to volume ( supply/demand) but shares are easily manipulated in many ways. Algorhythmic AT trades do this...repetitive sells or buys as Friday. Or just one sell. Or an agreement with the market malers. Or many other ways. Ofey is for instance heavily shorting Metro Bank. He will know how to get the proce where he wants it. He may even be responsible for it being where it is and in cahoots with shorters or traders . It is a very manipulated market. Exactly what Odey is doing here-no idea !! He may want to take the company over at a knockdown price. It’s certainly knockdown. It’s not at true balue which is abs min £6.50 after news. As RT says nothing really has changed except a bad quarter which Plus can easy afford!!! This is all shorters and short term coty traders at work. Lokk at the barrage of AT’s. P/‘s are irrelevant to the proce.

normally implies causality or it is random and meaningless. Of course volatile shares are gonna have lots of posts. ‘Cos they’re volatile!! Chicken causes egg in this case. Obvious. All I’m saying is that the variables connected to the volatility are multiple and it’s omnipotent to attach connection to posts. Rare occasions ....chatboard-fever.See Cerp/Txp etc

Ratger get my headcround Plus and the update’s implications to the shareprice . I think it’ll just be bouncy bouncy for 3 weeks in order to pay off the Ferrari loans. Anotger excuse to hammer Plus and keep it there. For a long while again .
Same okd just cheaper and larger loss for us. More profiteering ahead in a strict price range. Eg 3:40-£3:90 Seems likely to me for 10 days. It’s what they do. Making money

It is easy to argue forcand against these points. Quarters are not always representative. 4% drop is not large. Vix can emerge readily at anytime. ( volatility index). This was not buying on a big drop..it was the third big drop. Yes it could keep on hoing. Yes it could be a falling knife. But if you are going to trade a volatile stock you either stay out ( usually best) or you decide an entry point. I bought Glen at 85p. Ocado at 60p.H/l at £6.30/Lloyds at 29p/ BAE at £2/ pfc at £3:60 oh and so many more.
My problem was that I sold too early. And often bought too early. Ya gotta choose carefully. Very carefully. Plus worries me long term if regulators stifle it but they dofferent avenues to follow npw. New ones perhaps. They cannot exist on makong no profit just a reduced one atm.
Re chat boards ...please. That’s all they are. One should never be influenced by anything said . That’s a real error. Correlation with volatility. With respect that is naive. Been trading 38 yrs now. Much has changed. And the variables for volatility have next to nothing to do with what’s bantered on a random chatsite...and that’s all it is. Tpo me a place to share and maybe in a friendly way if you can. Never ever ever be influenced by anything in your trading. Maybe learn some things but filter carefully. There is much bollo***s.

Btw as I say. If you are going to buy a share you take some kind of rosk. Calculated and informed hopefully. To biy a falling share is not to catch a falling knife. It can be. It can fleece you. But a decision has to be made to stay out or make a move. Choose the company carefully ...above all ..no debt(!) cash in bank. Dividends covered if poss. Liquidation not looming (!!!) Therein is the falling knife. Lowered profits are only a threat to a company which cannot service debt or other requirements. Plus must address its 28m loss to customers. Big failure. Or cut its divvy ...gonna happen anyway at 60% of profit. Must cut unnecessary G and A and other expenditure( f’ing salaries!!....Odey should veto itcat AGM). Must renew game plan if ESMA is inhibiting membership traders. Must create new business model following customer behaviour and Esme. Marketing must be appropriate and relentless and seems to be working but expensive.
Plus is 6 yrs old. It’s pretty corrupt but has to keep going . So it has to formulate new plans. ‘Nuff said.
I think we will trade £4-£5 for a while as the market examines this company’s credibility and the area of business.
Games will be played and it will be driven down. But I’ve seen it so many times.

I have far far more than 6%. I won’t see my fund and share account in the blue for a very long time (£9) I may as well sell. I hold no cash.
My Isa and Sipp are around £6.50 ave now .

We are still in a trading share which means it can do anything. I was righyt in what I said would happen today but mot to the extent it did. Just have to sit and wait now. I bought high £4 and low £5.
The story is opaque.....can’t yet get where share price ought to be. You must average around £6 now.
Next week will see a coninuation of up down at will. Like Mark Bell I just have to sit it out.
Anyone with a positive interpretation is welcome. I enjoyed the teference to 10% div beingvaffordable ( when is next one??). And the low P/E. I would like aclittle hope tbh. Have much in here.

In for a penny. Could not bear the doom and gloom so went out and did some retail therapy . Plus 500 retail. Right or wrong. So sold my beloved share elsewhere and took silly risk with a company relyong on regulations and customer proactivity. Well it’s called averaging down but no way could I look at £9 knowing I wouldn’t see it for years of at all.
I’m gonna die one day . So I’ll live on the edge ‘til then. Mate of mine had heart attack and shuffled off last night. So I bought a lot at around £5 and will sit on the edge of that razor. But it’s better than sitting on a dead £9. Plus ain’t no mugs. Make poor accountsnts but the company been going 6 yrs. No debt is better than profit with overhanging debt. Materially lower profits are to be expected. Cut the dividend automatically. Let us hope the shorters buy and the instis have faith in innovative oprators at Plus. They sleays have the cash to shore up the price if they really wanted. Markets overreact and we have more volatility to come .

Hang in. £6 soon. Shorters close out . £6.50 and beyond. This company adapts. It’s abusive like the market. But it has no debt so is unlikely to fail. People trade in all weathers btw. People want money for their hols. Let the manipulators run their course. PFC is fine example. Those iinstis who have bpught in and shorters closing need a higher price to make mpre money.

Gove this a little time. I am losing more than you and no. iI can’t afford it. This was gonna go down if they wanted it down . Regardless pf update. Get a bad quarter? Get a bad year? Adapt. Plus is likely to adspt to changing needs.

I don’t see it at all !!!! We’d be lucky if we see 7:30-7:40 IMO. When Plus goes down it slumps. Much harder to make up ground. Same for most shares.
