( Although I’m not a fan of sarcasm as a retort in the last post but some people use it so I have to smell the coffee).

I also believe that the share price has little to do with real company matters -except uncertainty around Q4 DHSC, which is also vastly overdone. Shorters and trading houses rule this share and IMO will continue to do so for quite some time.
Until more certainty.
And fewer p/i’s as many will have perhaps bailed out. Which the ii’s clearly desire .
A share price can go anywhere. But it is uncertainty feeding the algo-boys right now.
Use of cash? Don’t know as not told.
War chest and what’s in it? Don’t know as not told.
Until H1 results.... Q3 or even later perhaps we will not know the full picture.
Just the diversity of products and jobs advertised!!!

There is however far too much uncertainty regarding the full Nov position. In spite of the clear product RNS. I think it may be because of negotiations and simply too much going on. The diversity of products is blinding and should not bevignored. We just need to know its market.
Cash and acquisitions. I don’t know.

And the info re. Nov’s warchest ( Harchris I think). I do agree that it won’t be until H1 financials are released that there will be any clarity or moving on. Too long for me but it’ll just sit in bottom drawer regardless.

Market abuse. Loss of gov contract 50% of revenue and uncertainty over Q4 ‘20 revenue. Overreacted and played. Trading houses and shorters control price via algorhythm trades and force it down. No debt. Cash rich. Uncertainty ( normal level in reality) and large number of nervous p/i’s who make up the shareholders. Prime bait.
Still uncertainty.
But the last company RNS gives a lot of info.
Market is corrupt and abuses share prices. Normal and common practice. See 4D pharma this week. And SNG. Also puppets.
Share price does not reflect reality nor true value here.
Because of being a traders’ and shorters’ puppet this is a share to just sensibly mothball indefinitely (patiently or impatiently. )

Been in and out of 4D since last year. I missed the big rises though. Jus made little bits. I hold 9500 shares here now. The Nasdaq move didn’t have the effect some people expected. Today was a bit of a whammer!! Looking at the trades it was definitely a machinated job done to scaremonger and maybe set off s/losses and as you say to maybe bring this to a quid. They managed £1.01p last time they did this. Tomorrow may see more tinkering.

I’ve been suffering so much in Ncyt as you know that I ‘ve left this. Please fill me in re. Info in June as I am now ignorant re. what is going on. My oilie ( Trin) is the only one that is keeping me from Beachy Head( not meant seriously but Bloody Hell Harry this market takes no prisoners! Ncyt at £4:12p (50 % loss) again and 4D down here again. Doh!!

Drop is not areflection on 4D. It’s market management. SNG is the other flavour of the year . Great company. Played every day.( I don’t hold) . I hold 4D and Ncyt ( another puppet).

Sells. It’s why price dropped. Accumulated sells reported as one late trade for each amount. No idea why.
With 4d it’s probably to set off stop losses and force panic selling. Did this earlier in the year. Down to £1.01.
Carefully managed.

Significant revenues!
Shorters? Almost without question.
Trading houses playing the price.No question.
Revenue? Prospects? Post-covid? Mid-covid? No question.

That was unexpected and ongoing and I know 50% of turnover was the contract.
But it’s all just wait and see . Can’t crystallize a stupid loss. I’ve lost out so many times by not waiting . And then selling too early when mm’s want it cheap.
You’ve done well this year. Good for you.
I’ve screwed it a bit. But been here before and far worse. Been to zero Kelvin pauper-style. That was hard.
But we all push up daisies and I’ve had a ******* tough life but full of crazy experiences to write books about.

Australia bans its citizens from India. No room for international testing errors. Testing has become prevention which arguably more important than cure.
Disparaging drop in S/P is manipulated fully and white noise. £5.90 to £4.53 in 3 days and nothing changed fundamentally except price. Totally puppeteered share price algoed down.
I agree with RBM that contractual dispute will be resolved ...probably out of court. If not already. New more reliable contracts. The world has to now rely upon prevention...i.e . reliable testing. Who better than this proven company which rises to changes in an instant.
I go with RBM. Possibly big news ahead.
But never expect a RNS. It comes when it comes. However long we have to wait. Open endedly. No time expectations.
Leads to frustration.

Those of us with large trusted investments it comes down to patience and a mix of trust with the uncertainty which we have to roll with.
No sign that Ncyt has any fundamental issues though....especially following info from last RNS.

Not read many this week as too much griping and sniping. Unnecessary and it ruins the vibe and trust.
I’d like however to thank posters like Shinfalls ( great summary) and RBMInvest ( knows his stuff) and Hopeful ( keeps my spirits up) and so many others who are walking the same forward path.
It is important to keep faith in an investment or why stay? Especially when sitting on a very large paper loss...and I know some others who also are here.
To see it bashed down from £5.90 to £4.50
for ii accumulation/shorters/other agendas .....is hard . For many many others I am sure.
Some good info posts today.
But may I recommend a re-read of Shinfalls and RBMinvest if you wish to steady shaky spirits. These sort of posts are very valuable on a sharechat board riddled with tension. They have assisted me and I welcome more. It is those posters who remind us of the detailed realities of Ncyt (and also how the wicked market plays itself out ) who IMO are the most valuable ones in such times. And those who bring new info to enlighten.
Gratitude to the intelligently informed uplifing posters mentioned and those not mentioned. (And those who have brought humour!! I still smile at the “ weasels” comment J . )
The posts are diamonds and I suspect there are others here becalmed in these choppy times by them too.
