What I find so suspicious about this whole thing is that they also want to raise another 1 million GBP from retail investors through a capital increase.

If all the bank financing is secured, why don't they simply draw the one million from the bank loans?

The financing may already be secured, but possibly on the condition that the upcoming capital increase also goes through.

Harry never mentioned that the bank loans could be drawn down yet. Or did he?

I wouldn't be surprised if the planned capital increase next month fails due to the share price falling below 1.20.

Thats correct. In the April shareholder meeting the biggest part of the capital increase must be approved by the shareholder. So there is still some risk they refuse.

I dont get itcwhy they have to isdue shares to pay supplier.

Why not use the bank loan?

Now on 19.03.26 Gold is 4750 and Kefi is 1,47

Gold up +10% since then and kefi down -17%

Anglo Gold just paid aroung ~36% more for Centamin than the last traded price before the announcement.

That make me not wow if i think abuot a takeover possibility for Kefi. So think abut that if you hope for a takeover for kefi. There might only be one price, which we already had here about three weeks ago on the stock market.

I don't understand why some people here are so keen on Kefi being acquired.

SolGold was bought for just around 30, which corresponds to approximately 900 million.

That's a premium of just 50% over the last normal trading price.

But SolGold is much larger than Kefi in terms of reserves.

Some people here dream of a 10x return on Kefi, while others are constantly pushing for a takeover for a few percent premium.

Even if someone were genuinely interested, they would only pay a fraction of the SolGold purchase price. You have to be aware of that when you're constantly talking about rumors regarding a Kefi takeover.

If everything goes perfectly, you might actually get many times your initial investment back in a few years, or perhaps a 30-50% return now with a takeover. So you should think carefully about whether you really support a takeover.
