Haha ! Happens every time mate doesn't it . Rainbow chasers hop on doing no research then slowly go through the basics . A long hold here for me (3 years plus) . But happy with my average and the recent interest . .

Is 22p based on open market valuation plus cash . FACT. The rest is future value . I have been here since 4p and will hold until 50p .

I have held here since about 3 months after listing. the spike to 11p doesn't really interest me. fair value (as-is) - nothing to do with the US government interest is 22p. (as a minimum). I am not going to sell any below 30p, and will likely hold more than half beyond 50p. today is just noise, day traders and some warrant holders exiting.

They were only ever an R&D arm to look at more efficient ways of processing the REE concentrate. Talaxis liked what they saw and have invested also. It will be interesting to see what went wrong, given the cash we have put in. I can't see MKA or Talaxis being happy just to let it drift off.

To answer your questions - it has no effect at all on the REE / Nickel / Uranium assets.

A final comparison to Hastings Technology Metals - JORC ( measured and indicated) resources total 12.5mt at 1.25% -( 0.15mt TREO ). Half the size of Songwe Hill - ASX:HAS market cap is $110m. Ish . Or >10x. MKA. Massive disconnect .
