i am promoting MKA on the MKA board. RBW is a great comparison for market cap , so i will continue to use it. Jog on.

RBW - operate in Burundi which is ranked as an Authoritarian regime at #153 on the democracy index, they are number 170/180 on the corruption perception index . Only 14 countries, including North Korea are worse to deal with or risker for foreign investment. It scores 0/10 on functioning of government and 2.35/10 on civil liberties. The World Bank state "Burundi’s history is marked by instability and violence. ....the past few years have seen Burundi withdrawing from international engagement: it opted out of the International Criminal Court in October 2017, and rejected UN Resolution 2303, which authorized the deployment of 228 UN police officers. In his January 2018 report, the UN’s Special Envoy highlighted allegations of human rights abuses and the continued deterioration of the socioeconomic and humanitarian situation. The government refuted the findings of his report.

MKA - operate in Malawi - which is ranked at #90. not great, but similar to Ukraine , Bangladesh, Kenya. 120/180 on the CPI. The World Bank class it as a "generally a peaceful country that has had stable governments since independence in 1964."

i will ignore the insult. That's based on the DoD presentation comments - i.e. an article from last week ( 6 June). This is a new map , not seen before. Burundi is not on there as either a "producer" or an exploration project being evaluated. FACT.

MKA - the stake will only drop from 51% to 25% on confirmation that Talaxis/Nobel have arrange full financing for the mine. Quite a key point mate. You also need to look at the size of the prize if you are comparing these two. 90% of 10,678 t . is a lot less than 25% of 296,000 t.

mate - i would really do some homework on the BoD here, what they have invested and their actions to date. They will make their money (and lots of it), without needing to do what you state below

All this chatter about being a producer - my view is that it is being overplayed. i.e. what do you produce when the 5,000 high grade M&I tonnes are out of the ground next year and you have taken your £10m profit? MKA have that in cash (pretty much) now, and a free carry to production of an asset worth 20x as much. They are a much better takeover target . I wish you all well with your investment and i see that a lot of you are holding both. But please don't take my factually based comparisons as an "attack".

You do know it's a hill right? to quote Dr Scott Swinden - "its a positive feature on the ground, so the good thing about Songwe is that we don't have to make a hole in the ground. We just take the hill down ."

You misunderstand - my point is - everyone thinks RBW is an amazing investment and I think MKA is a lot better. It is not de-ramping per-se -(that is a byproduct) but comparing the two to point out the HUGE disparity in their valuation. I have looked very closely at the fundamentals and published reports from each company. RBW is being massively pumped, by a lot of the usual people who frankly don't even know the first thing about what they actually have invested in. (i don't mean you here Ironic - by the way - you appear well versed in the pros and cons) . RBW have very , very high grades . BUT... there is only a very small portion of their resource at this level. It's like a company selling 100 cars a year and another saying they are launching a model in 2 years which will sell 2,000. Night and day.

In fact - RBW have £36m of in ground value from their M&I high grade. (5,000 t @ 55%, 20% of that is valuable Praseodymium
& Neodymium) .... so after costs that likely £10m of revenue for one year. What are they doing then? the high grade is all gone. They then have a fairly small, lower grade asset.

1 - No dilution here. Our JV partner is financing giving us an agreed 25% free carry (unless better offer comes in)
2 - Once RBW mine all their high grade (it's only 5,000 t / one year of production of M&I) - how are they getting the rest out?
3 - 95% of MKA REE resource is accessible from the surface - open pit.
4 - Re: DoD etc - our resource is 20x the size of RBW - so where would look if you were needing long term supply!
