It's nice and right direction finally, but as long as we've got 10%-ers trading this between .20-.30, I'm not holding my breath...need to clear them out with some good volume. Today's a great start though. And hoping there is truth in the BTL rumours!

...For the good news stock trader! We could see that rise, but with sellers at the ready in the 20s they'd have to really restrain themselves... We need to end the week above what was it the 50 day moving average or 200 day moving average which at the time was around 0.50, not sure what it is now. Be great to pop that and then really get moving...

I thought consolidation was meant to attract investors, not scare em off? C'mon give us weary shareholders something to smile about... top risers board stuff. Your interviews about the investment approach and portfolio gains vs MCap made me invest but it's been disappointment since.

It would also be good for shareholders to see (preferably before the AGM next year) the resolutions that were passed at the AGM. I never got sight of the resolutions, didn’t receive them from brokers and can’t find them on the company’s website. Did anybody see them?

Scouring the prior Report I only found this: “The Board members are described on page 3 to the financial statements. All Directors are due to retire by rotation and stand for re-election at the AGM.”

1 October RNS says “The independent director, being Brent Fitzpatrick (Chairman of Vela), is in discussions with Antony Laiker regarding the £200,000 of Loan Notes held by Antony Laiker (the "Antony Laiker Loan"). A variation to the previous terms of the Antony Laiker Loan will constitute a related party transaction for the purposes of Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies. Antony Laiker has indicated to the Company that he will not be seeking repayment of the Antony Laiker Loan. These discussions are expected to be concluded shortly”

- it would be good to hear the outcome of these discussions and I live in hope.
