With the year we have all experienced, submittal to the 1st December deadline was always going to be tight.
At what point did it become unachievable, we'll never know, but my view is very recently and is not unexpected with how tight programmes can bunch at the end.

I am pleased that AMC had the foresight to submit an extension request well in advance and I don't have any concerns about it being granted.
My guess would be that approval only occurs once the original date passes as can imagine a Russian official asking why do they need an extension when its not late yet.

Whilst a little disappointed at a short delay, as a LTH focusing on the end game, nothing has really changed for me except for some new juicy numbers in yesterday's TEO RNS.

Seems to me that a lot of good content in the TEO update has been overshadowed by people's disappointment in the delay.

Am still digesting the information provided, however the full contents of the concentrate is interesting, especially the Rhodium it contains with the current price.

I have always believed in the end game here and added accordingly. Is it taking longer than I imagined yes. Will it still happen, I believe so otherwise I would sell out now at a profit and move on.

Whilst I will be right sometimes and wrong sometimes, i will always post genuinely whether that is in favour or not of what the BOD is doing.

Whilst I remain extremely confident in the outcome here and have been open about my accumulation strategy including last year when I paused and recommenced.

During my time invested in AMC I have acted as and when I believed necessary to protect my investment.

This includes having collated shareholder information, compiled questions and asserted pressure on the board to which answers were received during the Crede deal.
Asked questions during the last EGM and made my feelings known to them regarding Brian Savage and the last set of options.
More recently I contacted them ahead of the AGM with my views on time lines and ensuring PIs had enough time to vote following any Q&A as the EGM was very tight with some posters complaining their votes had not been counted.

What have you done?

I want AMC to be involved in Kun Manie into production and into the future. Should the Nickel price hit the numbers some are talking about I want AMC to be holding as big a piece as possible.

NRR is a tool, to unlock the real value in KM, I don't want AMC investing anymore than they need to in the project

I dont believe for one moment that we will give away 75%.
I believe that we will sell say 75% for a tidy sum and retaining 25% going forward

I think the offtake will be against one or both of the concentrates that will then progress towards a FFS in a few years with our offtake partner taking a majority position, with us retaining say 25%.
I am hoping that based upon the discussions they have been having with other parties, the upcoming webinar will provide a clear route and plan that they will follow.

The PFS was from a single concentrate and was obviously very reserved on what was would be receivable.
We now have two concentrates and are in advanced discussions with an offtaker with indications they want and will pay for everything.

As a long term holder all that matters now is that AMC obtain the TEO, whether through the original submittal date or an extended one is totally irrelevant to me.
When supported by AMC stating that there is no further dilution and the Roper Bar investment, only the traders and those panicing are making a thing about it.
Good Times ahead from here imo

That is a huge assumption to make as mitigation in say Moscow will be substantially better than in the Far East.
Am not sure if you have ever worked on remote mines like I have, but you can't apply the one rule fits all.

Russia went into lock down for an officially announced period of about 9 weeks earlier this year, if we add on a bit for restart and companies adding in extra precaution, let's call in 12 weeks.
So let's say AMC has lost 3 months this year, surely you can see the pressure it will put towards the finish and a genuine reason for an extension?

I read it and it shows no understanding of programmes, reliance on 3rd parties or the global pandemic.
Myself and I am sure many long term holders who are in this for the end game will care a lot more about obtaining an extension should one be required than what the share price may do if one is announced.
There is clearly a genuine reason to ask for an extension, for one to be granted and I hope that AMC have already submitted the paperwork, no doubt they'll at least have it in hand

When I read a post such as your stating "I simply don't see there should be any grounds for the TEO submission to be delayed. They've known about it for a long long time".
I find it pretty rediculous and completely out of touch with what has been occurring on a global scale.
I'm sure there was quite a bit of fat in the programme, but the fact that it hasn't been submitted yet shows to me that it has been lost.
Anybody who has experience in programmes will know that a lot of bunching of elements occurs towards the tail end, even more so considering this year. We will only become offtrack when these are missed

It has been made very very clear that extensions are possible. I'm sure that AMC will be trying to achieve the current date, but am sure they will have an extension contingency lined up.
I'd imagine that there will be various consultants assisting with the compilation and submission of the document and so events may have taken it out of their hands.
As with any project or programme, it's on target until its not.

The Global Pandemic that has shut down countries all around the world and killed man many throughout this year is a pretty good reason to request and utilise an extension.
I find it extremely insensitive and just plain pathetic when posters are saying that there is no reason why it might be delayed. Grow up.
