The idea that we need to get to construction or it's too early for Kefi to be acquired is absolute rubbish.

Do people honestly think the Chinese couldn't build / oversee a simple mine & processing plant in Ethiopia?

Majors are currently sitting on huge cash piles which are growing bigger and bigger each month.

They don't need to issue shares, get share holder approval or reduce dividends, they can simply use their retained cash.

We all recognize the tremendous value gap and opportunity here. Am pretty sure Majors around the world are too.

The list of attending dignitaries at the ground breaking was very impressive

Just 2 years ago we had circa 5bn shares in issue, we are now at around 11bn.

A tremendous amount of shares have been issued since at around 0.5 / 0.6p so there is an awful lot of shares that are in serious profit at 10p.

I'm waiting for dividends, but we need a higher share price and good churn to prevent any low bids from succeeding

It's great that TW is able to have conversations with Harry about such things. I think Kefi is one of his largest holdings and so in many respects he is a lot like us PI's. I would like to see some of Harry's comments put into an RNS so that the market knows the plan and not just those who pay to subscribe to TW.

I don't believe we can protect against a takeover actually happening, so Harry needs to get the share price up so that we receive the maximum return.

Ideally, this will be a bidding war between 2 or more parties.

At the moment, I view a takeover price as simply what I think PI shareholders would likely accept in a vote.

3 - 5p = Nard No

5 - 7p = No

7 - 10p = Maybe (Harry's / The Board Recommendation carries weight)

>10p = Yes

Obviously, the further we progress, the higher those numbers will need to be.

Also, we've had the rumbling noises in interviews about main market listing, succession planning and new Nomad etc.

I'd like to see the strategy / plan for the next 12 - 18 months RNS'd

Similarly, I hope that we go into production so that I receive my £600k plus annual dividend.

The reality is that we won't, simply because producers are generating soooo much cash at the moment and mergers & acquisitions has now kicked off with some pretty major transactions. We know that the best assets tend to go first, of which Kefi is one of them.

Some think Kefis company / project financing structure provides protection. I think it makes zero difference if a major comes in with billions to bring into Ethiopia.

A cheeky offer could be made, but shareholders here are not idiots and I don't see them accepting anything under 7p.

What Harry / Kefi now need to get the share price up. They need to shake off how they needed to operate as an AIM explorer with cap in hand trying to save pennies and invest in good marketing, good PR etc.

Just ignore him. Those of us who have been on this bulleting board for a while know the he sold up late 2024 at a loss.

This was then followed by thousands of negative posts towards Kefi and holders during 2025.

Yes, this will shift up on full sign off.

Suspect we will then get updates on Sadi projects, Saudi JV, Konso, TK progress, Nomad change, Main Market listing, Harry to Exec Chairman etc. etc.

I suspect that Konso is going to turn out to be a pretty special asset in the future.

In the early Jan Q&A's they Kefi stated that they had mobilised into KONSO months ago. It would be interesting to know what activities they have done so far.

Very few could have pulled this off, not only has Harry done it, but he's positioned Kefi for many more good Ethiopian assets in the future

Harry looks like a different man & seems very chilled

Looking at the bid, a +2p finish looks very doable as I wouldn't want to leave 18m on the bid going into the weekend

Looks like some have tried to trade it, ballsed up and can't get back in at less than they sold

The caps don't bother me.

They did show me that Chancery sent 3 delegates to the ground breaking ceremony.

Can't wait to hear Harry's presentations / interviews in the coming days.

Am expecting a very different Harry following what looks to be a very successful / enjoyable ground breaking ceremony and now that construction is underway
