I think all of us here recognize that with their 4am posts, Buffett_Protege is struggling to come to terms that Kefi is about to come good for it's shareholders.

Not being able to sleep because they are thinking about Kefi indicates that they have lost more that they could afford and are financially able to buy in at what is an excellent entry point.

My advice would be for them to accept what has happened, move on, and learn from your experience here.

It's interesting how desperate some people are getting as this gets closer and closer to sign off.

They need to let their past loses here go as it can't be healthy to be so bitter towards a company and the holders who are about to make a lot of money.

It's a sweet finance package that is currently being signed off by the syndicate.

Monday 1st September is my guesstimate for the RNS saying everything is done and full project launch

In the meantime am expecting the strong buying here to continue

The share price is up because there is strong buying and less people are willing to sell based upon what we all know is coming

Interestingly, the spread is absolutely tiny.

I'd not rule out us breaking into 0.68-0.7

kefi is setup to facilitate a take over or asset sales in a variety of ways

ultimately, we have great assets and so it will all depend upon what the acquirer wants, ethiopia, saudi, a london listing, entrance into the gold sector.

can't help feeling that han**** are somehow going to be involved sometime between sign off and production

I'd agree with that Sharezy.

Signing off a $500m finance package in next few days/week of a billion plus dollar project.

Current Market cap about £60m.

Personally, I don't think a Market Cap of £250m (2.8p) is that unrealistic, especially when adding in consideration for Saudi, Gold outlook and that Kefi will be a prime takeover target

I'm expecting full sign off next week as I think it will only have been a slight slip from August into September.

Its not unreasonable to think all parties were aligned to have signed in August, leaving Monday 1st September to announce sign off and full project launch

I won't have sold any of my holding at 2p.

I'm not a weary shareholder who doesn't realise the value here.

We'll follow the Lassonde Curve up to 10-15p ahead of full production at Tulu Kapi with a very good chance of a takeover before.

Our multiple assets in multiple jurisdictions all progressing well will also ensure a continuous stream of good news and updates.

Having read The Assay & latest RNS, It does appear that signing will now be underway.

With lots of preparation having gone into the documentation and all parties aware of the contents, I don't foresee any delays.

I get the impression that Kefi is now building fat into the timelines that they are issuing to us in order to be able to deliver ahead of schedule.

I am therefore hopeful of the financial close within the next 2 weeks

With only 4 trading days left in August its not surprising to see the bid slowly moving up.

A few percent every day up until full sign off within the next couple of weeks would be lovely

Personally, I won't be out for any of the foreseeable days or weekends

Will be hard to buy in at any volume and you won't get anywhere near this price when the RNS lands

I think the breakout will be pretty self evident when this rockets past 1 & 2p
