The company is now building an institutional book and won't come back to us PI's

We are also at the start of Lassonde Curve construction phase which represents strong share price growth

All the while we are at the start of a Gold Bull market

We are only going up from here and people want in

People simply don't post 400 times in 2 1/2 days unless they have a financial interest.

In all my years on LSE, i've never seen somebody trying to cause so much disruption.

It actually gives me a massive amount of confidence in what is about to come

My intention is to let the shares ride as the wealth that this could provide to my family & future generations is phenomenal.

Obviously i will assess any takeover offers as they occur and will vote accordingly.

I wouldn't be surprised to see an offer for the group at 5p next year. Personally don't think it would pass though.

Suspect it would need to be over 7p once we are well into the construction phase

So Gold in the range of $4,000 - $5,000 in 2028 (which is looking very possible), will generate circa $400- $500m free cash in the year.

If they repay 1/3 of the debt, they could issue a dividend of up to 3.5p to 4.7p

Very rough numbers and assumptions, but it does highlight what a stupid amount of money can be made here over the next few years

NPV @ construction start at todays gold price is about 11p per share with 2028 Net cash Flow around $375m

Obviously the higher gold goes, the more mouth watering the numbers

Looks like we are moving back into the 0.8s now

The economics of Tulu Kapi are incredible & with the gold bull market beginning, a takeover of us will come sooner rather than later

Lets get our 2 - 3p on sign off in 2 weeks time, then lets get our march on towards 10p
