Firstly, Harry started talking about recovery of cost spent following my questions on how much is recoverable. Immediately afterwards, they began including the number in the presentations.

Secondly, They will have a costing system in place which allows them to allocate costs between Tulu Kapi, Saudi & Group. They also have a finance team in place so they will know exactly how much is recoverable from the finance package on a month by month basis.

Thirdly, in my first hand experience, recovering early works costs occurs very quickly following project launch.

Finally, the recovery of the costs does not have to occur in 1 hit. They may decide to recover the large chunk of May 24 - Jul 25 initially and then the smaller Aug & Sep wrap up slightly later.

Level 2 looks like it's setting up nicely for the share price to move higher

Worth remembering that Kefi can recover $10m possibly slightly more now from the finance package.

Expecting them to do so Sept / Oct

Plus, the institutions wouldn't have bought in recently without assurances.
