100 posts today after the company announced that the signing of its $500m complex finance package has slipped a few weeks yet progress is clearly happening.

There are clearly some individuals who don't want and are unable to stomach that this is actually happening

"Board meetings for KEFI, KME and TKGM (the joint Board of KEFI and the Ethiopian Sovereign Fund, Federal Ministry of Finance and the Oromia Regional Government) are scheduled in sequence during August 2025 for signing of all documents. Other parties are expected to then proceed to countersign according to their respective board schedules"

So these dates are in everybody's diaries for August, then remaining signatures August and spilling into September

I suspect holders here are feeling very similar to myself in that they've built positions to a level they are comfortable with, they might be getting some small top ups in and are happy now just waiting.

I'm perfectly relaxed that in a few weeks or so this will multi-bag

Worth remembering that the total Project Finance Package is $520m

No reason that we shouldn't be valued around 250m (2.5p) at / shortly after sign off

Its not about who has paid for it.

It's simply about the program and that bringing major elements forward indicates things are falling into place faster that anticipated

Its worth considering that the significant delay in ratification of AFC provided Kefi & other stakeholders the time to be fully aligned and prepared for where we are right now.

So far we have seen resettlement commencement brought forward by 3 months.

No reason to think the timelines provided by the company cant and wont be hit.

Have done a few small top ups this last week

Finalisation of a $530m project finance package.

A share price of 2 to 2.5p (circa £200-£250m market cap) on finalising, perfectly achievable.

Then follow the Lassonde Curve up to 10p at production.

Last week's presentation showed project finance drawdown commencing start of September, so well before your estimated dates

Agree Rob, they completely ignore Kefis view that the areas are in dispute and they clearly know about them.

From what i can make out ASX is asking questions, I suspect on whether Askari has been misleading investors

To Summarise

- Kefi contribute less than $5m for GMCO to be self sustaining

- Kefi can recover 10m from finance package, likely to be higher now

- Kefi running costs minimal as most chargeable to Tulu Kapi project

- Future funds to be raised at subsidiary level

- If necessary, additional institutions waiting on the sidelines following sign off

I personally don't think we need funds based upon what we know

Proving up Konso will obviously cost money so perhaps 6 - 12 months there will be a placing with an institution at a share price considerably higher than now in order to do this.
