Where has the 30% dilution concept come from? Has this actually been written somewhere? Or is it just another rumour that everyone appears to jump on?

Current cash on hand, or lack of, or future income is pure speculation. No one except for the BOD knows what they have, what they don’t have, and what they will have. They will let us know when the time is right

No! He never said he would give an update, read it properly! He stated it would be operational by end of month. Why would he need to update on what he’s already stated?

He’s probably well down, and then even more aggravated that he couldn’t afford to buy into HE1, one of those constantly waiting for a dip, and miss out when a decent dip never comes, such as with HE1

They still hold just over 17 million shares according to the TR1

I understand that they sold 4 million, not 7 million

People seem to forget, HE1 is potentially a 38 billion pound asset, we still own just under 3% of the shares. Simple maths - If they don't sell any more, then our holding is worth around a billion if all goes well - not a bad return on investment. So what if they took a few hundred grand today to see them through till jackpot time - it makes perfect sense to do so

I wonder if they are being held back for the next big push? At the end of the day, all that's changed since yesterday is we hold less shares in HE1, which are going to continue rising, and now have some day to day running costs in the bank - Next time HE1 has a large jump, this will go back up with it. I'm happy as sold 200k yesterday at 2p, and bought back in at 1.4

Has anyone else tried buying more than 100k shares, kept trying 200k, couldn't get a price, managed to buy 100k just now. Then tried for another 100k, unable to buy unless negotiated order

Perhaps they sold even more yesterday, and are now sat on a couple of million quid to invest in something else, while still holding a stake in HE1 to sell later, or get dividends from. Even with 10 million shares left, when HE1 hits a quid, which it will, the investment is still worth 10 million.

Most traders, me included topslice when the time is right, and are left with a free carry for the long term, why should the BOD be any different? The BOD can't win with you lot, they invested in it, de-risked, made some money back, still have a good size holding, and yet you still moan!

There is another option to consider, they still have an option on over a million discounted shares, for less than they have just sold shares for

If we do get one today, 0.30 by close, very limited time to top up IMO

My money is on a 2pm RNS, gives us the weekend to digest it - He did deliver the last RNS at the suggested day

If they sold 4 million as suggested, that's about 800k, hardly a big impact on their operating costs. Probably enough for their bonuses and a couple of donuts
