As I remember from the hearing, the judge stated 'Couple of days', it is the RNS that stated 'in due course'. You will find the decision is likely due today

ST, As a holder of Scirroco also, I would have preferred a higher price, then they have more funds to invest in other avenues

If they had waited another month, they would have got $1 a share

Likely they are ahead of schedule then, I wouldn't bet against the spud being by the end of this month, 2 weeks ahead of schedule
