Yes I also like his thought process and research. I know he likes the actual company here and it is only the CLN which puts him off. I am sure he would jump straight in if they cancelled it

Seen it plenty of times before in companies with similar situations after changes in boardroom. If this company wants to attract interest and investment long term it needs to remove the CLN asap. Reckon a nice juicy contract with upfront payment could potentially clear some of it while equity raise higher up to clear the rest.
