Darktrace has $351m of cash and cash equivalents, we have meaningful deposits with more than 5 large banks. Darktrace has a $25m revolving credit facility with SVB (as disclosed in annual report FY22 page 189) and as part of that agreement we have some cash balances there. As per the agreements in UK and US all deposits are safe.

I feel the tide is turning and lifting Dark upwards again

Today was a tough Markey in usa and Uk but Dark still rose strongly ! That’s a great signal

If the new investors pile in now they will be likely very well rewarded - I am waiting to see the key signal that Sheltie buys back in - if so Dark will rocket :)

We have EY report within I guess 4 weeks and Dark still needs a few big new long term investors from Usa who can replace or add to the existing bench

Finally the 3 hedgefunds that are short might throw in the towel and move onto other targets , this will accelerate Dark rise , and of course we still have buy backs

The pound is cheap so Usa investors might also buy in , and then the wild card of a Takeover bid by June , I say June because by June the Nasdaq is expected to start a big long rally again upwards if the Fed has inflation under control

Finally China might broker a peace deal on Ukraine , that will help inflation and Tech shares will rally even faster …,
