There is no reason relating to SVB for dark shares to go down at all today

It seems some investors don’t know that Dark is completely safe … except for one thing … which they can easily do - transfer the revolving credit facility in Usa of 25 mill to another of their 5 banks if necessary

The SVB in Usa likely taken over too !

They have some cash with SVB , we already know deposits are safe

So no need!

Darktrace has $351m of cash and cash equivalents, we have meaningful deposits with more than 5 large banks. Darktrace has a $25m revolving credit facility with SVB (as disclosed in annual report FY22 page 189) and as part of that agreement we have some cash balances there. As per the agreements in UK and US all deposits are safe.
