Now a Takeover bid can happen :)

I expect a Takeover bid within weeks , we could see 700 p to 850 p if the Takeover bid happens - I expect that American firm will suddenly bid again , so exciting - shares will double again from here

350 p today possible

Then trading update later this week we could hit 400 p by Friday

Thank God :)

Today some news ?

Interest rates at 6 per cent predicted to start coming down next year , the market should therefore start rising in Tech by Nov / December 6 months in advance

I expect results Tuesday or Wed this week , EY report is also possible but not assured

There are niw 2 per cent shorts including Wellington and JP morgan

Lots of forces at play

I would expect 350 p +++by next week if results and guidance are good and EY results positive

Last year interim results were on July 19 … so this year could in be 7 days or less

Some results this week ? Even tomorrow

I hear that Poly will keep trading until 31 July at least

If vote on agm on 25 th July confirms Redom , they may set delisting date within a week or two of 25 th July , one week sounds fast so August could be last trading day

Will poly trade on Monday July 17

Seems like price is going up in last week

As an optimist hope guidance will be good

Also EY report possible anytime

A few hedgefunds are grabbing their last chance to sell and the short cover next Monday or Tuesday

Today could be last chance to buy cheaply

Could we see a Wycoff pattern agsin , ie accumulation around say 310 , with a sudden jump upwards sustained over a period of time towards 400 + ?

Next week , by next week July 12 we could see a jump if news is positive

Can Dark share price hold these levels and slowly move upwards towards Mid July results

EY report timing can not be relied on as being soon , according to latest update by Dark IR , they don’t seem to know yet

If EY report not out by Mid July - honestly too long

I have to say now Dark IR not clear on when actually EY report will come out

It seems it could be anytime - who knows

The timing is not in our control - our next report will be a trading update in mid July (no specific date, we put them out when they’re ready, usually 10-20 days after the quarter end) and I think most investors expect the EY conclusion by then. If we get it out earlier, we would be exceeding expectations.

Getagrip - I received an email from Darktrace investor relations team - stating they expect EY report to be publish on or before next trading update

If so then just 13 trading days or so !

Be prepared !

Mid July , no exact date set , my guess is around 12 July

Also Dark has confirmed. EY report will be released on or before trading update

Technically 350 p is an important level to break

Positives include : Nasdaq direction , inflation coming down , interest rates near peak

We need as Sheltie says good Dark revenue / profit performance and good guidance then 350 p can be broken .,, and upwards towards 450 p

Still 3 weeks around for EY / results … it’s very important Dark holds and goes up from here , and that results are excellent

How large of the shorts now

If shorts continue to cover then upward pressure on Dark continues

EY positive report and solid results needed next

Then new large buying funds can buy in

And Take over bid by Bravo or others still possible
