Plus Nasdaq direction

Plus results guidance

Plus takeover

All together I see Dark rising to 600 p fast if no Takeovet

And 850 p +++ if takeover

My well researched targets are in next 3/4 months targets

This is going Up , next week at least another 50 p up up up up Rocket 🚀 rocket rocket

My sense is finally after 18 months tech is now going up and will do well .,, this year

Dark sent me email weeks ago saying EY report out on or before next results

We all know Dark are clean as clean can be for a software company

The shorts still have positions , only 7 million shares traded yesterday , I expect another big volume on Monday and more shorts buying to cover

Of course there is always the Lynch factor - but big funds could pour money in after EY report , and Dark could go north of 600 p this year and sooner than you all think

I would be very surprised if 400 p level is not reached by July 14 ( by when EY and results published )

Also Short covering and new big investors and Nasdaq momentum should drive Dark back upwards

We want the new levels to hold

How was the volume yesterday ?

Maybe we could consolidate for a day or two but honestly short covering could drive Dark towards 400 p and above next week ..

I am surprised at how many shorts by 4 players - watch the numbers next week , I expect the number to drop to Zero when we see updated numbers …

this move is due too maybe a number of factors

1. a short squeeze with shorts having to buy back yesterday and probably still more to buy back , if so then another 30 to 50 p up next week possible

2. Dark was held down below 300 p for too long , very strange , now the Classic Markoff spring pattern , so from a technical angle Dark shares are Springing up

3. look at Nasdaq last 6 months , Uk tech shares need to catch up , so Dark heading to at least 450 p within 2/3 weeks

4. Mist bothers quote 450 to 650 p trarget

5 . EY report could add another 25 per cent to share price , Dark investor relations already confirm the EY report will be publish anytime in next 3 weeks ( EY people will already know the results of the report ) and highly likely positive

If EY report positives lots of new buyers , funds will pour into to Dark shares - secondly a Takeover Bid can happen

5. Takeover bid any time after EY report

6 . crowd strike and S one etc and Nasdaq heading back to all time time ( Nasdaq only need another 1000 points )

7 . Dark results - let’s see the numbers in 3 weeks , if they surprise then another 10 per ce t

Finally the whole tech stock market is turning in Usa and now Uk finally waking up !

The downtrend of Nasdaq reversed weeks ago , heading towards record high Again

Honestly usa cyberstocks now up a lot from their lows

I feel Dark could break upwards finally today after testing 300 p many times

Also EY positive report could be around the COR or within days or even 3 weeks Max

Watch today - if breaks 300 then 320 then 350 and 375 could come fast as we return above 400 and 450 p

Could Usa brokers be trying to push price down today before a large take over bid … to help the buy out fund buy Dark cheaper

Anybody know when EY will likely announce their report ? Surely within 5 weeks by next results ?
