Sadly the other poster today has nothing new to add it seems

Needham has Buy ...target 475

says Commission now paid 100 % upfront so account adjustments in short term

Secondly I notoiced share volume daily only 1.3 million shares...so not a lot of people selling

Finally Dark recovery to 500 p and more may take 6 more months, to allow Commissionm accounting upfront costs , and new software sales , ML factor to flow through...

Next year could see Dark rise to 600 p and above or more

First lets get to 475/485

Big players can easily move the price in short term

A lock up period seemed to have expired Sept 26

Results in first 2/3 weeks of this month for Sure

If you look at all of AI investor posts , 11 , all are darktrace , and all negative always , quoting R and D spend etc …. Very little meat on his analysis - ignore him !

This drop , in my humble view , is more due to a lick up period ending on Sept 26 !

It was mentioned on Bloomberg terminal news , something about Jeffries and around 77 million and lock up period ending a week ago on 26 Sept

Who knows , never say never !

Look at the volume so far today , one large holder or a Hedgefund can move the price ,

I expect this to be very short term , results in 2/3 weeks hopefully good

Last year there was a trading updaye October 11 around , if so we might get an announcement within 2 weeks , then Jan ?

Dark is doing well, consolidating share price so far 400-420 p after a large 25 % rise, this is normal....consolidating to allow new buyers to buy 400-420 and old buyers to take profits....after this consolidation is over, then the next move...

Sales of Software expected to increase 30 per cent again in next 12 months ?

This net year , 12 months , is critical to get Dark sales up by 30 per cent a year at least … less small customers , more large , size up

Can someone with Brains here compare the valuation and metrics of Splunk versus Dark...

they seem to be valued 8 to 10 times higher than Dark...can someoone analuse there sales etc tect to sort of compare...

20 per cent increase only and lower than 2020 but lots of factors in play

If Dark stays 405 p to 420 p for another month or two it’s fine … the rise will be stronger and bigger when the jump finally happens

Honestly happy with the small rise we see today , earlier than I expected , I was expecting 405 p to continue for a couple of months … let’s see if 420 p can hold or increase further

Picky , others did not actually post the great news website link to click on , now people can decide for themselves whether this is going very high or extremely high in next 12 months !
