Not surprised if Dark keeps heading upwards

On the positive side Key staff including Sales more likely to stay longer term and help grow the revenue especially with ML negative backdrop , they may be forced to offer more rewards than normally especially til ML case resolved in Usa

Many factors impact Tech shares

The short term trader’s game , move Dark down 70 + p from 420 to 350 then ride back up another 20 per cent … as not much change on Dark to justify these moves

Seems some support at this low bargain level ?

Any experts on TA and todays closing price meaning ?

Watch the volume of shares traded yesterday , ideally down on low volume , up on higher volume

Dark seems now to trade on Technical analysis by traders …. Plus results

Results I expect to get better and better next 12 months

Restructuring seems done on sales side …

Interest rates downward within 12 months

ML result clearer in 12 months

Most tech shares trending upwards within 12 months globally

Again big shareholders , results seem to be the biggest factors now moving Dark the most at moment

It’s a joke because Dark could go much much higher than 600 p , more likely 1200 p within 18 months if Sales expand very well

We need at least positive direction results ( within next 7 days ?)

Just to throw a spanner in works , no sign at all of takeover , but actually 80 per cent of good Uk tech software firms have been taken over by Usa and listed later in Usa !

So statistically Dark will sooner or later be taken over ( now don’t ask me where I got the 80 % from , I made it up , but certainly feels like many many Uk tech companies do get bought )
