The few days before results anything can happen - Dark not buying shares till results tok - so easy for a fund to manipulate price in next 2 / 4 days til results … similar to last time .

Explain more - why exactly do you think a further drop .. listening

Bollinger by itself is just an indicator - just saying we are on the lower band of the Bollinger … it can still go down or up on Monday … let’s see results !

Sanchez - agree - hopefully Dark decide to release results before Mid Jan as it is a Saturday… my guess is results might be 12/13 Jan depending on Market conditions and then as soon as results are announced Dark can buy back again too ! So results as early as Tuesday , as late as Thursday is my humble guess !

1000 p is what 3 Analysts have predicted including this month Needham … sorry but I was just following these analysts who predict medium term - let’s see within 6 months .. short term I have already agreed All the analysts were wrong !

Dark in 2018 did fundraising at 250 p …. High growth since then …desired Ipo price was around 480 p … and …share price doubled to 1000 p …

Darks business growth as far as we know has not changed … still growing fast …

Clearly oversold ( if ML issue clearer the share could Rocket ! )

Sheltie - I agree if you look shorterm say 3 months the brokers are wrong ( all of them ) but if their targets are based on 1 year predictions based on growth so they may still be near the ball park ..

Crowdstrike and Sentinel one also have brokers quoting 250 and above and 75 etc … so these shares are also below the expected medium target …

Short term yes absolutely the Brokers completely wrong !

Kick - Piper Sandler at 600 p seem to be the most realistic of the 5 today … but if Dark hits good numbers in Jan / April / July with high growth then Jeffries / Berenberg / Needham may still be on target - Darks market cap is much smaller than Crowdstrike, Sentinel One , Paolo Alto and Fortinet so upside potential could be huge ! L

Seems Oversold and technically a breakout either way might happen soon

Sheltie - I disagree - I simply choose to follow medium term Jeffries / Berenberg/ Needham and Piper views so ask them not me … I still think FUD and not facts caused huge sell off … as Berenberg says .

Crowdstrike and Sentinel One also 30/40 per cent down so if we follow similar then 650 p around might be fairer price for Dark today .. however if results good then maybe 800 to 1000 again !

Average target price of 5 Analysts we have listed above is around 815 p … ( including Piper at 600 p ) … they might change their forecasts again after results etc !
