Bloomberg says Funds might buy and bottom fish to add spice to their portfolios from beginning of Jan as they have a year before their performance measured .

If that is true then Dark might benefit by new revival of funds buying into Dark again from tomorrow onwards … with Darks closing pricing price going upwards trend

A close above around 520 p would be solid sign of buy signal , if more agressive then around 475 p or 430 p or 411 p depending on how agressive!

A picture of Dark Ceo is in the article , which says early backers sold is reason for the drop … have a look at The Times article today it talks about winners too !
Hopefully Dark can be a winner this year !

The Addressable market is huge globally - across industries- if they can convert many of Microsoft clients to Dark Cyber … then in a year exponential growth growth possible …

Agree surprising they use cash to buy back - however the Dark management know and believe their shares oversold and undervalued at 420 p …

If the share goes to 800 p then they actually make around double money on the shares bought - similar to Elon Musk buying Bitcoin - actually could contribute a high per cent age of profits if they were allowed to sell - so they can make/ save money and incentivise key staff more cheaply …
Also to some extent buying their shares stopped the downside - gave confidence to other investors to start buying into to Dark again - let’s see !

My views are simple a Mirror of Jeffries / Berenberg.. which few people here seem to believe at the moment …
I mistakenly thought that the 3 placements of shares were mostly LTH , and I think Kick was saying probably not and most had already sold out … so if true that means 15 per cent of big investors who sold out at 750 / 580 / 620 have managed to off load which explains why Dark went down further than expected as going down meant Ftse 100 trackers and short term investors who bought the 3 placements lightened up … hopefully they will come back when there is a clear break out upwards … probably 40 day MA would be a safer indication

USA courts not nice … Prince Andrew hiding in Windsor while his family goes Skiing , Next week VG will hear weather Usa courts will allow her court hearing to happen … Similarly here some investors await to U.K. court case result in Jan

Those who post mostly hold or intend to hold a few shares… as most people sold out , then they might return and buy back in .. then more interest and posts

Sadly the narrative on Dark changed in past few months - nothing really changed on business front and 2 analysts keep sane targets so far .

No one has commented on the merits of MA except one person who talked about 8 day MA …

What interests me most is what signal people use to spot the clear confirmation of high probability Break out upwards …

One person posts never prevents others from posting ..

I did make one observation -

If Dark follows Usa - Crowdstrike / Sentinep One / Paolo
alto / Fortinet then

Crowdstrike/ Sentinel one are around 30 per cent down from their Peak

If Dark were also 30 per cent down then that would be 700 p
So 420 p to 700 p … is 280 p upside or 70 per cent upside as of today !

It looks like this Gao should close in near future !

Also both Crowdstrike / Sentinel One look like recovering towards their Peak …. Chinese tech shares did well in last 24 hours too !

I am looking at Moving Averages … some investors follow Moving average as a signal to buy in - sometimes 20 day - today first day of close above - let’s see if holds

Good news , still building bullish trend this week

Amazing today we finally closed above 20 day Moving Average ( 414.79 ) with a 420 p close …first time in a while …20 Day EMA still 429.62

8 EMA 414.39
8 SMA 414.35

40 SMA 480
40 EMA 493

So the Gravestone doji was ok yesterday , volume was low today less than 1 million shares
Tomorrow quiet

On second thoughts it’s quite likely some of the shares bought in the 3 placements have already been sold … unless they were LTH … most of those investors could probably have sold under the radar so difficult to know !
