Given what I see , could he try to bargain and settle with a big fine say 500 million ? Or is it too late ! His CFO has 5 years in jail paid 10 million and has 2 per cent of Dark shares ? CFO will be out of jail by 2024 … does ML have a get out of jail card ? Julian Assange case is taking years !

The question is - how do all these appeals work - will be be fined in high court before he appeals - when is a fine payable ( can they tap his wife’s assets for example , unlikely ) … etc etc hopefully nothing til next year ! By that time Darks share price high enough maybe to make easier for him to pay any fine !

SW - I did not know ML had insurance to cover legal fees and Fines - great news ..

People might be forgetting the ML news since IPo might be baked into price … now the uncertainty is over ,… new big investors might be Ok to accumulate, and buy the shares of those who sell out early from the Hypergrowth successful firm .
March full half year results should confirm again with 45 days the details of the business success and the value of the company … patience ! Rome was not built in a day !

Buy or Sell it’s up to you , I will be most likely buying next week after seeing the price action !

Regarding the high court civil case , how many times can someone appeal , do they still go to high court again or a higher court or f there is one … if this is kicked down the road say a year or two then less impact next week
Dark was not mentioned in any of the press releases that I saw in past 28 hours

I do listen , of course there are always risks , but a lot of those priced in already and Dark cheap versus price to sales and it’s cost base

The management are shareholders and they are incentivised to do good business and see the share price rise accordingly

Does anyone know how many months before ML will here the fine he will need to pay unless he appeal if he can in U.K. courses , is it months ? That might impact when he might sell if at all to pay any fine , can he appeal .

Yes please sell your shares on Monday and go somewhere else !
Dark business is growing at 50 per cent a year , and already 60 per cent down from peak , now priced perhaps around only 6 X sales …so significantly undervalued ( there is littke pressure for any large shareholders including ML to sell any shares at these levels in near term , and even if they do , many new investors want to buy in this Hypergrowth successful company ) … this share can be volatile and anything can happen but business going well !

I am simply Bullish and make sure others careful of Sneakings over negative view !

Sell your shares on Monday if you like , but Dark is doing well growing at 50 per cent and within 6 months share price I believe closer to 800 p than you may believe now !

Patel had no choice to sign it seems , as would need a good reason to overrule the Judge
Dark believes whatever happens to ML will not impact Darks long term success !
