Only good news is Dark is down on very very low volume , which is good , less than 500000 shares or 600000… but disappointed generally … I guess in 4 weeks or so results will help a lot

LPD - great post - it’s good to remind everyone of positive points - and Dark Managemnt and key people all hold shares - so highly motivated to execute well and do good business , to increase the value and scale …within 9 months the new product Sales on Endpoint cross selling , and the new companies and governments sales will start to show in the results , so within 12 months we should see new highs if not before ..
Also Microsoft a key partner
Don’t forget the positives !

Pre Covid Shell was 2400 p ? I think within 3 months 2400 p easy possible , why not at these Oil price levels ?

Yes look at Market cap of Traditional War machine making companies … tank , fighter planes , submarines , guns …
Cyber software is the first defense , not just governments but companies as well ..

After March results finally the share price will break upwards due to good business expectations

Look at Shell which I own , results were yesterday , today She’ll breaks 2000p a share … I expect Shell 2400 p within 6 months :)

If sure no Tax on Bp and Shell , surely an extra 10 per cent up fast

Sheltie is encouraging holders to sell but he not sell himself !
He is probably paid by a hedgefund to spread negative news so his clients can buy your shares at the bottom

Nasdaq futures are Up Up today , so Dark shares more likely up in my humble view

I do not plan to post again for the next 10 days !

On Valuations- I use a mix of Brokers .. Price / Earnings … Usa market sentiment, Dark Growth and business success … Peer valuations , on Paolo Alto and more closely Crowdstrike , S One and , interest rates , Cyber attacks , New Multi million deals , New products , the highly motivated Team at Dark … so today I guesstimate 600 p , 40 per cent down , might be fairer today , but in 6 months , 50 per cent more possible as they role out new products and get more deals ! Let’s see !

50 day moving average EMA 445 p and SMA 417 p … it’s interesting we almost hit 417 p yesterday !
