16:35 383 p 304354 shares , 1166893 pounds

Also twice at 1442 pm

393 p. 304764 twice ? 1200161 pounds

So a total of 912000 shares in 3 trades , seems like someone is Accumulating

Not sure what you can see in after market trades

Meta or Facebook down around 248 billion ,today … I expect it to bounce back - Jim Cramer also … Facebook 26 per cent down in one day , biggest drop in market cap in history !

We are seeing increasing Cyber attacks , quite worrying to governments and corporations, China / Russia if anything are even more Enemies of the West than 6 months ago !

Last half of 2021 results in detail ( hopefully with updated guidance ) will be in early March ( the date they will announce soon )
April should be a a quarterly result of Jan 2022 to March 2022 …

Facebook or Meta … is down around 37 per cent from September 2021 peak … Jim Cramer of CNBC thinks , Meta will still do well versus TikTok … maybe a buy in the dip for Meta !

Around 7 now ? Anyone smart enough to calculate and benchmark Dark against others

Now 0.5 per cent interest rates , good for all banks Lloyds , Barc , Stan , NatWest , Hsbc
U.K. Tech mostly unaffected as cheap already !

I bought shares yesterday twice at average price 402/403 p let’s say .. would I sell today of course not … so the question is who would sell at 388 p , most people have already sold , so the share should go up from here again :)

Volume of Dark shares traded not high which is good news on a down day … Dark would need to be 600/700 p at least before being considered fairly valued in my view …

Tech is company specific - Meta , social media , very different to Software sales Cyber

Imagine putting your cash in a bank that has no security … Cyber protects online and needed more and more

The fact is Dark growing 50 per cent or more this year
Sooner or later the share price will need to catch up ( costs of course need to be kept under control )

Agree - a bit range bound in past 6 weeks
The question is what will be the Trigger to break 450 p and 500 p ?
Results update March and the next quarterly results in April

Roll out of products
( risks are from Usa but likely next year , and ML will be hearing about damages this year ?) Mostly positive tail winds in next 6 months in Cyber - it would not surprise me to see growth increase towards 60 / 70 per cent a year or higher within next 9 months as the sales staff roll out new products and new sales strategy gets traction
Remember Dark Managemnt and sales staff / key staff all likely highly motivated on business results so their share price recovers towards 800 / 1000 p later this year :)
For now still range bound and manipulation by MM and big investors still accumulating at low price before Dark once again rises !

It seems to me the past 6 weeks we trade between 380 to 450 p ?

Dark might remain in this range until March results ?

New big investors might be accumulating quietly during this period , but so far 6 weeks relatively Flat … so maybe not expect much of a rise til March is one scenario ?

Why you never post on Lloyd’s ?

It is volatile a d difficult to predict , yesterday up 414 then down to 382 !
I will be happy if Dark close above 410 today .. already high enough , but as it lags where it should be , we could easily see more upside even today !
