Although Dark say zero impact on business - with or without ML - I agree his wisdom and access to U.K. government and human / financial / tech capital is always helpful … why would U.K. want to send one of their top Cyber to be interrogated with bright lights in Usa … he is an Asset to U.K. !

BB apparently either way ML should not impact Dark much in medium term … maybe a day or two .. but I agree some investors may wish to see ML news before diving in

The fact is Dark is one of the fastest growing successful tech companies in U.K. of size scale ! If investors buy now they could easily see the price go to 800 or 1000 p again within 9 month I humbly believe :)

Well I had updates today … to share …

I am now confident in Darks business success and will be adding more for the ride to 800 p

The shorts are mostly gone which is new news to me today - the Sky is now the limit - 800 p within 4 months is my Target for starters :):)

But Bank shares generally up today , Oil shares generally up … in sort of Tandem

So Cyber shares if similar valued companies might have some correlation like S , CRWD , and Dark … someone posted the news that CRWD is one of the favoured shares in Usa this year - Undervalued

The great news is only 1 per cent around of shares are on loan - so actually the shorts are small and so Dark can and will go up !

If Darks value goes from 6 X sales to 10 X sales that is an increase of 4 X sales from 6 X
4/6 = 66 per cent up ( not 75 per cent I agree but in next 3 months Dark can grow 10 to 15 per cent easily … making the 75 per cent ) :):)

Can someone study Price to Sales for Dark and bench mark with other similar companies … I am saying 10 X is normal in software industry and we are below that number of 10
Sentinel One now maybe 40 X , Crowdstrike 30 X ? Can someone perhaps check

I see your point Getagrip - 67000 usd per customer on average is a number I can confirm .

There are of course Multimillion pound customers and smaller customers , and Churn …

Let’s try to confirm where that number of 67000 usd average came from to make sure it’s correct

Valuation … Price to sales … if 6 X is current level then easily Dark could jump 75 per cent and be at 10 X

Sentinel One and Crowdstrike have huge Price to sales in comparison! So Dark clearly a bargain share given its growth !

Valuation at 6 times Sales is very cheap , normally nearer 10 and Sentinel One reached 80 X .

Does anyone know how to calculate Price / Sales or EV valuation method

I feel today the “ Tide could be turning “ … light at the end of the tunnel coming and by March 30 , Dark will be above 600 p for starters ( March is next half year full results )

Some investors who buy now can make 100 per cent in 5 months , if. Dark performs and delivers food business results similar to last year !

I have this “ Magic “ feeling Big institutional Funds are starting to accumulate even today !

Agree Sheltie , fund managers long term view makes them patient ( they will want ML news out and also overall market to Tech to bottom out a bit as it already has maybe ) and my guess is they will Pounce in big way by early March when the next big detailed results will happen .

BB , the most important thing is Dark delivers on business goals … people I talked to this week think ML news will not have much impact except a day or two …

Nice - very few shorts now of Dark , if 1 per cent then that’s 30 million pounds , less than a days trading !

By Tuesday/ Wed next week I predict in my Crystal ball that Dark will be over 400 p
