If you buy something for 2.75p and sell it for 2.025p and had bought @ a slight premium to market price at the time on the 1st June - 17. then the deal don't seem quite so sweet for them to me, but like MKW said, if needs must.

Just making the point that for the small sum of 3.35p (assuming you can trade for free) you get to hold the BOD accountable face to face. Other than the assets that seems like excellent value to me ;)

But that was 7 months ago! No action since or planned for the future? blimey if that was the BOD you would do them up like a kipper for all that hot air for 7 months? Buy a share and then you can vote face to face with the pesky BOD @ the AGM/EGM, you seem so passionate about it after all?

Kejoglo, perhaps it would be more beneficial if you were to post some background conclusions & rational to your opinions as opposed to the constant background references to posters here and their integrity regardless if they might be Bullish, for which they are entitled as they have remained invested and it seems quite natural to me? I think BD's point about NR's mail was the important point being made here and if you are so concerned about resolutions at a meeting and the action that should be taken, what are you actively doing about it yourself? If you truely believe that action should be taken, you will need to buy one share so that you can vote at the next AGM.

Great news to have it in the bag and locked and loaded, great move team SML and what looks like a fantastic source of revenue and profit moving forward. :)

Redmoor is too far out to impact at the moment, there is still a long at to go before thinking about mine development and a full scoping study. Near term is Leigh Creek, finalisation of the deal and moving to production next year.

Hi Chris I sent an email to NR and Ben @ Buchanan accusing them of a related party transaction Buchanan replied and said the Nomad had signed it off as not a related party transaction. Since March last year NR had kept his word and now he pulls this. My last word on it, since I don't want to be seen as deramping and impacting the shareholders here. Good luck all.

Hi mjpac, I have always held Aminex for as many years as I held SOLO, which has been several years. However spending �650,000 on 5% of HH and giving away roughly $3million of Ruvuma (Based on a risk nave of $150 Million) in shares to Donald Strangs other outfit for the small sum of �350,000 was the last straw and in my opinion & highly suspect. So in effect NR has given away 2% of Ruvuma for 5% of Horse Hill and Donald Strang is a non exec on the boards of both companies. I have made my position clear and good luck to all SOLO holders.

Frank, the Ruvuma assets are brilliant. I feel that NR has lied to us and directly to my face at the last AGM with this last stunt, thats the bottom line and I don't like the related party transaction (IMO) Will not be posting here as much and will wait for some clarity and news. Good luck all.
