Could well be Stonefold, there are several possibilities. The one you describe as you say or maybe a defensive move due to an as yet undeclared 3rd party interest (The SP has been eroded way below NAV, a bit like here) and the move effectively protects the asset and asset price. No doubt when it is all out in the wash, solo's turn will come.....could be a bit of a wait though?

Aminex and the Zubair corp would want to keep a controlling stake, so not less than 51% imo. This would however leave up to 25% available from SOLO and 24% available from Aminex.One of may possibilities perhaps? Statoil has now been banded around from several sources.....
