No chance on 2p reaction, their market cap is less than 100 million and they have over 500 million risked NAV just in 2 C resources @ AEX. Any offer would have to be at a significant increase to todays SP @ AEX of 2.675p I do believe there may well be M&A activity in the background however. I think as Crusty pointed out many times, the issue with KN-1 is all to do with the TPDC. Why bother with 15 Scuffs of gas when you have 70 to 100 scuffs ready to come on line in NT-1 2 & 3?

It means it is inferred and further drilling required to confirm a JORC compliant asset, that I believe is the next phase. Just like when you have 3C resources in Oil & Gas - inferred until you drill and move from probable to proven.

I don't disagree dotcom and my post was not aimed @ any one individual and apologies if it seemed so. I was just making the point that there is a lot of second guessing going on. I don't have a degree in Geology or any qualifications in copper cement extraction nor any details on the DD beyond what has been in an RNS, however I do belive that the BOD have the management experiance and also the technical experiance to decide if LC is a sound investment and extract the copper @ a profit as declared. If I did not I would move on.

So 3%.....a small dilution compared with most you will see on AIM and this is for an asset that it near term production with a high forecasted profit margin.

Might be a bit "churlish" phase but it is the bottom line, if I don't trust the assets or the BOD then I move on, which for me is not the case here. Maybe an email to JP might be a better idea, raising the concerns that cannot be answered without the details of the DD being publically available instead of assuming that the BOD are not going to extract copper at the profit margin that they have indicated?

I tend to agree earnings, if you don't think the deal is right for SML and your portfolio based on the limited information you have then Jog on. For me the deal looks extremely good value and the BOD have aligned their management to deliver on the asset in a copper bull market. The VWAP will be what it is, the higher the better for SML share holders, the lower the better for RMA.
