Not drilled for 6 years Tanz? NT2 was drilled 2016/2017 so only last year :) I fully expect the transaction details to be announced for the AGM and I don't see the Zubairs or Aminex cutting of their nose despite their face. It will be interesting to see which licence comes along with the farmout, appraisal or 25 year development licence? Probably the first one. GL

Not an easy comparison Northern, Wild west aim & main market communication, SDX operating in a sanctioned country AEX not. The communication could conceiveably get worse if the Zubairs farm in and gain even more control? you don't think the farm out deal will be included in the AGM notice next month in time for the AGM Northern?

Hi Northern M. First of all, obviously all the same concerns as aminex ref licence, farmout, C1-drill etc. Positive side, Mcap low & SP low for possible entry point, the new board member just spent �590,000 @3.5p (recent placing) before joining - Horse Hill about to flow test + the Aminex Farmout, Helium-1 IPO expected mid year-ish. The big watch out would be a possible placing for C1 drill 2nd half or NR running off on some other dilutive project before delivering moneitisation in Tanzania, the Zubairs look like they have the market cornered however. I don't mean the mention that the intention will be to farm out as per the annual report, that is after all the business model yet to be delivered. So far you have produced 2013 and 2016 By the way I agree reference the licence for the PSA, so since the Zubairs are in the process of negotiation a farm out without a licence as per the RNS, I expect either an appraisal licence or the 25 year development licence to be awarded at r around the same time as the deal announcement.

If you feel the risk reward is not beneficial you move on simple, if you feel there is potential money to be made you stay, simple. Anyway, ramping looks like this. "This is going to 3 bag on farm out news and 10 bag on C1 drill" - insert rockets trains etc "Wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend" "Boom time approcahing" etc etc don't see much ramping on this board myself, if any.

Thanks Hex, indeed when I spoke to the PR company last summer regarding KN-1 production they confirmed that the Well production data is collected at the well head in real time and transmitted to Aminex directly, so from a volume perspective there should be no doubts.

mick, really???? I stated that the data room has not been open for 7 years. I stated that there have been farm out attempts in that time 2 to be precise. Have you read all the RNS's? That link is a result of the search function for "Farm out" a TR-1 fact! Anyway the important point regardless is that there is a Farm out in progress with teh Zubair corp right now at Aminex unless you dn't think it is going to happen of course Mick?

All the downsides have been disused as well as all the upsides in the last 12 months...endlessly from funding, farm out licences etc etc so I think the overall discussion is quite well balanced imo

A good share, depends on your entry and exit points ohwahtif, every share can be a good share? I certainly have no love for Mr dilution. I am just making the point that Aminex and SOLO have not been paying for the services of FirstEnergy Capital LLP for 7 years with a data room open and a farm out as some are suggesting. It is misleading. �590,000 @3.5p I am just following the money.
