I don't believe they need a Rig to flow test HH-1 so would not read too much into that but certainly as soon as the Government get of their backside and issue the licence then they can get on a test. Maybe just my take on it Phillo, but it is a Production sharing agreement that is being farmed out and solo own 25% of that PSA and so they must be at the table along with the Tanzanian Government, Aminex and the Zubair corporation?

News black out for Ruvuma Chris, whilst the farmout negotiations are underway, so nothing expected there until Aminex post an RNS on deal progress. For the rest of the assets like horse Hill, I fully agree. Back to sleep I go ;) GL

I took some @ 2.7p today as well little, mcap is crazy for 30 million barrels of oil equivalent proven. Ntorya 2C contingent resource estimate increased to gross 763 billion cubic feet ("bcf"), an increase of over 10-fold from the 2015 CPR; � Ntorya Pmean gross gas initially in place ("GIIP") upgraded to 1.87 trillion cubic feet ("tcf"), which is an increase of 44% on previous management estimate of 1.34 tcf and an increase of approximately 12-fold from the previous CPR (pre-drilling of Ntorya-2) in 2015; � io consulting has confirmed that the Ntorya gas development project could be sanctioned with three wells producing into a raw-gas pipeline to the Madimba gas plant approximately 33 kilometres away. Based on this independent report undertaken by an industry leading consultancy, Solo now holds net resources of approximately 467 bcf Pmean GIIP, resulting in excess of 190 bcf (over 30 million barrels oil equivalent ("mmboe")) of most likely contingent resources net to its 25% interest. I agree Steve, much easier just to make a hostile bid for solo @ this market cap & sell of all the assets and keep Ruvuma. The current market cap does not even cover the exploration and appriasal costs for Ruvuma, never mind 25% of the 2 TCF proven to date. GLA

It maters not how long it lasts, only that it gets there BDS-1 For a sustained increase in market cap, cash as Kejoglo reminds us, either through asset sale or production revenues is what is required. At the moment, some cash or equivalent is a possible option, bearing in mind that Aminex are currently farming out their % of the PSA with the Omanis and solo as a partner is in that PSA are entitled to any proportional back in costs, longer term, farm out of all or part of solos 25% or production @ Ruvuma come late 19 or 20 is the only way to sustain a market cap that reflects the 25% of 2 TCF proved so far. All dependent on the farmout conclusion @ Aminex and a commercial C1 drill of course.

Could do Northern, on the other hand as per last time the Zubairs injected money into the assets the drill @ C1 can take place and the thicker and multiple targets provide the necessary increase in resources for Phase 1 of the development plan to be realised with NT-1, 2 & C-1 pumping some of that 2 TCF found to date. Pretty good track record. The Havoc team were the founders of Fusion Oil & Gas plc (Fusion), which listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2000. Following the sale of Fusion in 2003 the team moved together to establish Ophir Energy plc. Ophir established itself as a deep water Operator in 2008 making two gas discoveries offshore Equatorial Guinea. In 2010 Ophir operated the first ever deep water drilling campaign offshore Tanzania making three significant gas discoveries. Ophir�s admission to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange in 2011 was the biggest ever E&P IPO in London and the most successful IPO for the year. Since listing in 2011 Ophir has gone on to make mutiple gas discoveries in Equatorial Guinea (>3 TcF) and Tanzania (>15 TcF).

Interesting post from a guy who apparently works in Finance for an Oil & Gas company it is very difficult to speculate the economic impact of zubs by taking onboard direct 30 % interest in an asset which they vicariously already own 29% of hence, have in effect, paid for the past costs of this asset already. Hence the deal is likely to be both with solo and aex, similar to blvn. If there is a back cost repayment to partners this could be treated as an advance only and "repaid" with the partners cost recovery gas when produced later? Don't forget even if they have previously funded economic sunk costs for this asset they may simply pay back costs to whomever, plus a 2 4 1 on carried equity for 1 well, they would then directly own a higher %tage of bigger asset and this may be justification enough, to forego the impact of 'double' payment. I personally think the deal will be structured with both partners but will also seek to 'recoup' the impact of their 'indirect' ownership in the assets and the 'dilution' thereof. No offence meant LT, but your suggestion of faked issues and production seemed a bit close to libelous for my liking. fine you don't trust the BOD, but I will keep an open mind until I see the results of the farmout deal myself. Good luck!

Hark @ you, straight for the personal attack, pathetic Kejoglo. I am invested because the SP does not reflect at all the huge resources. Once the Farmout @ Aminex with the smart money, the Zubair corporation is complete, which by the way involves SOLO as a 25% holder of the PSA then we shall see.

As per usual KEJOGLO you "ASSUME"....wrongly. Anyone that gets sin below the �590,000 buy @3.5p is probably going to do very well imo
