Well regardless of the reason, and we might find out today or tomorrow, with a licence in hand and an offer of hard cash from the Zubairs, followed by the rig contract before the end of the month, then I see little to stop the SP from getting back to the 4 to 5p range initially. Who knows could even be a KN-1 surprise ;-P although I doubt it.

Hi Mr J. I fully support BD's initiative here & his post @ 17:41 and I plan to be at the EGM/AGM as per last year to see the whites of the BODS eyes. No more spending or placings till an exsiting asset delivers a return, the only allowed exception being to fund the C1 drill.

trrime you must be joking. The market cap here is 13 Million, the market cap at Aminex 100 million. Solo own 25% of the main Aminex asset so should be at 25 million - solo decoupled when NR bought into H-1 and has never recovered.

Sorry trtime but only by pure fluke ref the SP, look at the market cap. If solo own 25% of Ruvuma and that is the main asset in play then solo's market cap should be 25 Million but sits at 13 Million - completely de-coupled.

BD, fully agree, although I am expecting news on the farmout before then, ref Aminex/Zubairs so the landscape could change rapidly. You have my full support both in shareholding and time.

Aminex seem to be having a good day today. Does make you wonder if a walk down to �10 million followed by a �20 million cheeky offer for solo's 25% is in the offing A big NO vote and a shareholder action group would be the order of the day, at that price we could club together put our cllective shares into a company account and buy solo ourselves ;-P

Hi Frank, I have no idea what the O&G authority are up to or how long the permit will take, thats the issue when dealing with Gov departments, something I do a lot of myself as it happens. Surely soon though!!!

I guess the point is this time round is that the Omani's have already sunk Millions of $ into Aminex and Ruvuma and are about to do the same again, this time by purchasing a % of the Production sharing agreement/ Ruvuma asset. I have no doubt that the Omanis plan to complete the purchase as I am sure they have a very good handle on the upside and will not be throwing away their millions already invested. How this impacts solo remains to be seen. News black out on Ruvuma till the farmout deal is concluded by the looks of it. If this is to be announced in time for the aminex AGM then it should be in the next couple of weeks.
